Healthy Peanut butter flapjacks - 4 cups of Oats - Big jar of penut butter (add more to make the Oats stick together. Can add more or less depending of your tastes) - Little bit of non dairy milk of your choice - Nutella or any chocolate to add to the top Combine Oats, Peanut butter and milk until it clumps together. Flatten out Oat mixture into a tube to form a flapjack bed (a wet fork helps with this) then drizzle or spread a thing layer or chocolate on the top. Pop in the fridge for like 30mins and enjoy. Like my favourite snack to have after the gym high in protein and a great fix for a sweet tooth 😋

i was on your mums instagram live stream at 2am (uk time lol) where you said you felt the same as me in being so unmotivated in the summer despite having all the time in the world. you seem to be doing a great job of holding yourself accountable so well done :) i am still scrolling on my phone 24/7 tbh but got myself an extra summer job to hopefully get back in some routine :)
You should travel abroad, it would’ve been best to travel before moving cause you’re not paying rent and will save a lot of money. You should make the most experienced possible while you’re young. Travelling really does broaden the mind especially when you go solo and meet people along the way. Try outside of the US
