I've already reached the maximum limit and can't recruit more militia. There haven't been any mercenaries available for a long time either.

Hey @tokibulsk1654! The option to recruit so many militias actually popped up after I launched an attack on a region on the opposite side of the map.
It seems like expanding your influence and engaging in battles far from your starting point unlocks more military options.
Give it a try and see how your strategy evolves! 💪🏰
