I was the town drunk 43 years ago when I prayed with Pat to

I remember in the 70s, my Catholic parents would sit before the TV set when we're all asleep, and they'd watch Pat Robertson... 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤, what a legacy! I'm pretty sure they bowed their heads to receive Jesus as their personal Saviour and LORD! Now, we're all saved , by the grace of God ! I thank God for Rev Pat and his family !

May the Lord comfort this family. In 1995 I rededicated my life to Jesus via the 700 Club. I am now a minister of the Gospel, all I needed to hear was that no matter what I had done Jesus still loved me. I rededicated my life and have never been the same since. Glory to Jesus for using this program. My prayers are with Pat's family.

@curiositypiqued6573 Sin, death, emptiness etc etc. Christ took on our death sentence. Yes, sin brings death. Why? Because it is not in God's character. To walk away from God literally means to walk away from the source of life. That means death. Relationship with Jesus is so sweet as well. GOD IS GOOD! He saved me and I am longer the same person. Transformed by His grace.
Pat was a tremendous influence for good! His work will continue to yield a great harvest for the Kingdom! Prayers for the family!
When I was 18, back in 1995, I was healed of laryngitis and I could then sing in a high school musical. I was not a believer back then like I am now. God used a Word of Knowledge from the 700 Club to bring that healing and I’ll never forget it. It was instrumental in bringing me to the Lord!
And a leprechaun sprinkled shamrocks on my hemorrhoids & miraculously they disappeared! 🙄...😂....🤣🤣🤣

I also know what it is like to go through many trials and hardships too, and through it all, I've appreciated His friendship. May God grant you repentance unto life!

Pat prayed for an 18 year old man that had an injury on their right leg over a recorded broadcast of The 700Club in 2011 and I immediately got healed of a torn hamstring. This testimony kept me from denying God’s existence throughout campus even when I had completely strayed from the truth of gospel. May his legacy live on and may he greatly enjoy his rewards in heaven.

About 4 months ago my mother had Pat on her t.v. and was just playing in the background (or so I thought). Pat prayed for "someone with a type of infection in their jawbone..." he went on & got REALLY oddly specific. Even about the sensation, location, pain. It stopped me dead in my tracks... it sounded just like what I had going on & I was really suffering (and praying daily).
I admit, I thought "Nah, it's not about me" yet he got sooo super specific. So I went with it, and prayed & said Please let that be about me "Please heal my infection." It took a couple days but slowly went away after INTENSE pain for longer than I'd like to admit... it's never came back Thank God!!
I still don't know what to think about that day... but I still thank 👆 for listening!!

@@kenholt8297 Ken, That happens in many instances where God heals other people who claim the healing. It is their act of faith. God wants all his children to trust and believe. I have also heard of denials. Some, who have lost their healings, because they were of little faith. Trust in the Lord.

I watched as a young child with my Granny. Because of her character and standards, I knew that his program was a safe one. Hearing him speak about the stories he was passionate about absolutely made my day. I was so sad to see he passed but also know he's with the Lord!

I am a "cradle Catholic" and love my Catholic faith. During college, much like Pat admits during the interview, I strayed ... and strayed ... and strayed a lot more! One day, alone in my college apartment, with decent grades, great friends, and more pretty female admirers than I could make time for, I was empty. I came across the 700 Club, heard Pastor Robertson, and wept and prayed with him! I consider myself a Born Again Catholic and love the Church and I consider the day I came across Pat's B E A utiful and amazing broadcast as a significant point in my path back into the Lord's arms (I know he never let me go but I felt His arms that day)! Thank you, Pat. I look forward to meeting you in Heaven and thanking you personally for those afternoons and late, late nights when you were there to bring the Good Lord to me!

I did call the 700 Club for more than a year, for my mother, dealing with her heart illness, every time they prayed, she got better for so many months, at the end, this past March on Saint Patrick's day, her spirit decided to be next to God, peacefully, right now, I do feel same sorrow for Mr Robertson and his family, my deepest condolences. We need more men and women strong in faith as he was.
She got better because of the doctors nurses hospitals etc....not prayer (could be a similar placebo psyche that makes everyone think prayer is real or in any way effective)
That was so nice. His soft-spoken, touchable godly words always had away to my heart, so thank you, sir, for all you are.
I pray right now that every man would stand up and have passion like him. And that family's will grow and grow, to have many. To wake up with joy and excitement
I prayed with Pat the prayer of salvation at the age of 21, 40 years ago! I’ve always been so grateful to him for the best day of my life.

Pat lived a truly remarkable life. He was humble and courageous.
Brother, your dad had a word of knowledge for me one time, that is one of the sweetest times in my early walk with the Lord 🙌🏼 I had recently given birth to my daughter who is 26 now! I was determined to nurse her, the way God intended! She was latching on correctly, no problems with her, but I was in agony, great pain when she would “latch on” to nurse! I would cry when it came time to feed her this was 3 months in, and getting worse by the day! I went into our bedroom, got on my knees, and said Lord, I’m touching the hem of your garment, and you can make me well🙌🏼 The 700 club was on and I sat down, and sensed He was going to have a word for me, He started out like this… “ this may sound strange, but someone is struggling, you are having pain in your nipples! I began to cry! First of all Bless Him for saying it, I knew it was for me! I began to cry in joy, that day I was healed! God used your dad as I was trusting the Lord! Brother, I believe we ALL will se him soon! MARANATHA 🙌🏼🕊❤️

I'll never forget me and my husbands stay at the Founders Inn. We were able to attend a filming of the 700 club and share some cake with them as they were celebrating a anniversary of the 700 Club.
It was a wonderful stay 💕Heaven has been rejoicing for a son that has come home 🙌🌹

I watched Pat on 700 Club for many many years on TBN, bought his books, listened to the partner CDs, read his mailed letter teachings, Christmas cards, and more. Pat had a word for me in late 1990. I was pregnant and had received results from a test that indicated my baby might be born with either Spina Bifida or Downs Syndrome. I turned on the TV late one night and was watching Pat as he said these words, "There's a woman watching right now who is pregnant, and you're worried about the health of your unborn child. But God wants you to know that everything will be fine with your baby and with you." I claimed that word and a few months later gave birth to a healthy baby boy. To God goes the glory!

I've a fairly long history of watching Brother Robertson on the 700 club since the Lord Jesus saved my soul right after Christmas 1980. He will be and already is greatly missed. We in the U.S. are losing so many Pillars of our faith that it can seem lonely without them if there's a silver lining it's that it causes me to get even closer to the Lord Jesus. I'm thankful for the time we enjoyed and will continue to enjoy because of all that he created. Praise God!!
I remember being part of operation Blessing! I will send my contributions to the 700 Club. I love the relief fund i love everything about 700 Club. He was truly a man that God had His hands upon. Pat was a great man of God.
I salute you Pat. You were a wonderful help to me back in 1983 when I heard you on TV and recommitted my life to Christ. I had done it as a10 year old girl in 1967, in my Baptist church Sunday School class but fell away as a teen who did not attend church. At 26 years old with a husband and two young boys aged 5 and 1 year, I heard you speak and that was all the encouragement I needed. I have not looked back! Thank you for being there!!!! I grew up and have watched your father and his program. He instilled, taught, and encouraged me, in ways that my unbelieving family never could. He was family to us, though we never met. I am so thankful He always followed God. May God bring peace and joy to your hearts in this time of heartache. Your Father has left an incredible legacy the world over.

I watched 700club when I was a child and later when I started working. It was a blessing, I remember Pat and the beautiful gracious lady ever together and later one with the African American young lady! May HE Rest in Peace 🙏🏿

I came to Christ in 1974. I started watching Pat. I was in my early 20’s then. When I was 50 I got healed through 700 club of Lupas disease. I felt it tear out of my body. Instantly healed. Pat has been a part of my Christian life for many years. He will be greatly missed. So sorry for you loss. Prayers for the family.

Pat was first ministry I encountered upon moving here in 1976. We listened daily. He helped my sweet baby girl learn about Jesus and healings .. she passed on to see her Jesus when she was 7 yrs old . We always listened to Pat and 700 club .. daily and heard all the healing stories and she believed that Jesus would heal her heart. She was born with a severe heart defect and needed open heart surgery ., when she Finally had the surgery we believe that , whilst she was struggling to breathe from fluid in the lungs during surgery , she saw her Jesus and decided to go with him . Whilst in the chapel praying , I knew that this might happen and could only say .. Thy will be done , with a heavy heart I knew that I had to let her go

As a new Christian I remember watching The 700 Club every morning as I got ready for work. This was in the late 70s. I am thankful to God for Pat's teaching and encouragment. Many a time I prayed with him. God bless his family and loved ones. (I recall visiting the set of the 700 Club while they were taping on a trip to Virginia Beach in the 90s.)

What a great guy...So many accomplishments and yet Mr. Robertson was very down to Earth. I saw him several times at a local sub shop and he was always friendly and always said hello. This was an absolutely beautiful tribute to a godly man! I got saved in 1975 in Philadephia. I remember watching the 700 Club on channel 17. I loved it, him and Ben hosting. Until our God comes back, there is still work to be done. And Pat's work will continue with the legacy of his family and friends. Thank you, God, for Pat and CBN.
I didn't know that Sir Pat Robertson was 93 because he was strong and energetic. Glad he was because the Lord allowed him to be around much longer in order to continue to make a difference. I ask the Lord to comfort his family because they'll be missing him and continue to be reminded that he's in good hands. I watch The 700 Club with my family. My 10 year daughter said she will miss him and so will I. This program as well as Superbook has been a blessing to our family. I thank Almighty God for lending Pat to us and for the godly legacy he has left behind. May God continue to bless Pat's family and the entire CBN family ❤

I got healed from a painful torn rotator cuff on both arms from 700 Club in 2014 & that’s how I am able to continue my ministry at Guardian Angles of America Foundation which he inspired me to do in my own little way.
