    I often saw Brand videos like Tom and Jerry cartoons etc on RUclips under Creative Commons licensed that are published and monetized by other RUclipsrs. Can I reuse these videos without any copyright strike from their original owners?

    08:50 if you use the content in your class and you are being paid, isn't that commercial use?
    With that logic I could use it on a paid workshop, like a record used by a dj...

      Personally I wouldn't class that as commercial usage, but others might.
      It may be best to contact the copyright holder and ask them if they view your usage as commercial.
