Having played with multiple Li-Ning racquets, and comparing to my experiences in playing with similar Yonex racquets, I've found that Li-Ning racquets always feel much better to play with, cutting through the air especially well and allowing for increased deception at both the net and back court. I've played with Li-Ning N90 (1st gen), N90 II, N90 II S-Type, High Carbon 1900 series, also I've tested the older Yonex Armortec series racquets, the Z-Force II, Voltric 80, Voltric 80 E-Tune, Duora 10 Z-strike, Voltric LD Force, Nanoray Z-Speed and multiple other Yonex racquets. I almost always find Li-Ning to be that slight bit better, especially in terms of smash defence, slices, defensive drives and clears (singles and doubles). It may just be my personal preference but Li-Ning Racquets do feel a lot more aerodynamic, in my hands and experiences anyways.
That’s super interesting! I’m the opposite to you really where I’ve tried most of the recent Yonex models but stopped at the N90 and N90 II era for Li Ning! Would love to try the more recent models for comparison, I’m sure they’re very good too!
@@CKYew For sure, I enjoy playing with both Yonex and Li-Ning, and keep both options available in my bag at all times! The newer Axforce and Bladeforce models that will be released do look promising! It’ll be super cool to try. I used to feel the Li Ning rackets were slower than Yonex, especially the N90 original era compared to say the ZF2 but if you’re saying t models are a lot faster, it’s time to test them again!
@@CKYew You might've mistaken it for the NF800LT (don't blame you for it :) ) because the Voltric Z Force 2 she used is a gold version! I think it might be only available in China.

And not all Yonex rackets are guaranteed to only 24lbs, I think any Yonex racket launched after the Arcsaber 11 which was way back in Feb 2013 will have higher rated tensions. I'm a badminton fan, of course I'd like to know what the pros play with. Hence I'm relying on you guys to tell me the models so I can update my database on my website.
Thank you for the work. But the usual controversial argument is that most pro players are using a racket that has a customer paint job. Meaning what we see on camera is not the racket itself. If we google some popular forums we can see some photographic evidence. Like what most of us knows, pro players with their great technique and strengths won't be using a 5U racket...we at least is very unlikely. So what we see may not be true.
true! Mysteriousness adds value no? Haha However, until we see evidence of non-5U rackets, I'm going to go with the 'innocent until proven guilty' concept and be happy that pros have better techniques than we do so they're generating tons of power with a 5U racket. ;)

@@CKYew LN marketing sucks, no teasers, probably November 2021 in CN and 1st quarter 2022 rest of the world.
@@sumanthnandamuri2168 Niceeee! We'll find out more when we get more info!
you got paid by yonex?
haha I wish!!! If you know anyone who's happy to sponsor my videos, please let me know too! haha
@@CKYew i'm a bit jealous as a lining fan that you dont care about lining models at all.
u seem to be happy enough to show yonex domination.
@@AlexanderYaremchuk The reason I didn't show other brand models is because I'm not as familiar with their products and not because I don't care. I'm a badminton fan, of course I'd like to know what the pros play with. Hence I'm relying on you guys to tell me the models so I can update my database on my website.
I play with a yonex carbonex 6000
Niceeeeeee, old school!
Love from India
Much love to you too!
Why are you not mentioning about India ..?
They’re all there in the data. You can sort by country to see what they play with.
Haha However, until we see evidence of non-5U rackets, I'm going to go with the 'innocent until proven guilty' concept and be happy that pros have better techniques than we do so they're generating tons of power with a 5U racket. ;)
not a single Wilson racket?
Yep 😬 The big name Wilson player that came to mind for me was Misaki Matsutomo but she didnt play at the Olympics
