Only 3 of the horizontal bars are metal and have screws in them and you failed to mention you mounted the servo back to front first up, but changed it later. The servo arm is toward the front of the boat. Finally the longest rod goes to the bottom of the vanes. It can be installed on the top but it does make the vanes skew slightly. With it on the bottom the whole assembly is more uniform. I was surprised you got a 20amp ESC, it's not supposed to have one supplied according to the listing, obviously the UK buyers are "special" :-) It would appear Murphy lodges at your house. It seemed if there was a way to get things back to front you managed it. But don't worry, I managed to one vane upside down ??? I decided to place the esc and receiver in the bottom storage space which left plenty of room for the battery up top. You must use an extension for the motor wiring to achieve this. Oh yes, another thing, I have the two carbon fiber motor mounts fitted 180 degrees from yours and yet everything works well. I chose to mount it this way to place the weight as far forward as possible although I'm not sure it makes that much difference. All up a nice little "boat" and I wasn't at all surprised to find there was no manual. Typical HK, save money by making the customer figure things out. +Things are cheaper when the customer makes videos as well. Thank you. PS, just one little tip, when you've finished the build, could you do close ups of all the important pieces and how they fit. It tends to make things so much clearer. All the best.
Why mount an ESC on the deck of a boat?! And is there a reason the engine support is mounted backwards? Please align the rudders, etc. When looking for a proper build video I advice to look further.
