Thanks All for watching! The pinpointer tips winners are announced in this video, there are 5 people, please check the video description for my email and send me your addresses :-)
Id watch.... bit o won't because I hate the click bait title, just put something mundane like aquachigger, learn from aquachigger, you probably found a rustt old spoon but lur.... tried to lure us in like you found a hoard of gold..... seriously its off putting
@@jamessteven711 actually its a rare Charles 2nd coin from 1666, not a rusty spoon, its a better find than gold, and yeah even today im still in shock i found such a rare coin
@@jamessteven711 what you just said makes absolutely zero sense. How can you make the claim and come to the conclusion that the title is click bait if you didn't watch the video in its entirety? Don't answer that. I'm quite sure your response will be just as dim witted and illogical as your original comment.

Hi Dawn Colin here not Kat lol. I found a charles 2nd on a dig. Not silver though but i was still chuffed. I had to wade in a big puddle. And sloppy mud to find it. Keep them silvers coming. I reckon there is a gold coin there where you were. Xx
God Bless You... Your happiness is infectious. I watch other videos for diggers (North American varieties), but they don't give me a smile like you do. You warm my heart. Thank you for brightening my day.
Thank you Roger for watching :-) Im glad I am able to share the joy I feel from finding such great history, I love this hobby so much :-) Take care my friend

Looks like you are having a great time. Went out yesterday and from horse shoe, bit and a large harness buckle along with alot of junk, a bottle and tooth off a old farm machine. Im live in Mn. And its fun to go out and detect just to see what I can find.
thanks, for a very entertaining vid lucky Dawn .,iv just bought a detector ihope i get a fraction of your finds starting a bit late as im now eighty id love to dance around like you when i find some thing good luck keep waving that wand .
What an awesome day! So happy for you. Btw, my Max arrived today, and it was very easy to figure out using your settings. Went over a well detected patch with it, and found a ww2 Canadian tunic button, and a cap badge in the same hole. Had to quit because the skeeters were bad. Looking foreward to tomorrow.👍Thanks for making the learning curve very easy. May your digs be shallow, and your finds spectacular. Hank
CHARLES THE 2ND!!!!! Oh good Lord!!! And a little silver spoon handle....what an absolutely amazing day of detecting! Tippin' the hat to ya today! Cheers Dawn! 🍷🍷👌👍😁
when i first saw the silver coin as you cleaned it im shouting at the screen Charles ll Dawn its a Charles ll not george lol great find that well saved ,, 🥇🏆🍹🍹🍹
Hahah I knew some people would know what it was, I dont think Ive ever seen anyone find one, i always thought they were hammered, must be one of the first milled coins, im still buzzing :-)
@@DiggerDawn metal detecting in Scotland we have a lot of what we call bawbees ( six pence) and turners (two pence) i have found lots up here they are mainly charles the 1st 1629 or charles 2nd1630-1685 but coppers not silver,,,, the oldest silver ive found is 1890.
Wow, great finds. I found my first silver spoon about four weeks ago, a nice complete teaspoon, two weeks later I found a handle to a baby spoon, hunted a ten foot radius hoping to find the bowl but didn't find it. Happy hunting !
Another exciting vid Dawn, incidentally the style of lettering on the spoon handle appear to be circa 1600 1700, look forward to see how the cleaning goes with this and the coin. Thanks for sharing, best hobby ever.
Oh Thanks Derrick, I cant find any stamps on it and i had a feeling it was probably around the same age as the coin... totally agree, ive been on such a high since this dig itching to go back :-)
Wowwwww Dawn what a fantstic hunt that was brilliant charles the 1st mega find that and its a spoon bowl the other end of the spoon 👍👌😃...cool give away i just missed out again lol .....Stay safe you and kev catch ya soon 😃👌
I got a bigger buzz from finding my Charles II half merk coin than any hammered I've found ( it is in immaculate condition too). Well done Dawn and I'm sure you will treasure it immensely. Luv ya xxx
Congratulations on a terrific hunt. That location has a lot to give for sure. I don’t know how well you detected it but seems like a few more times may prove beneficial. Your excitement is contagious. Enjoyed watching. Stay healthy 😷

Hi Dawn, i'v been watching your videos for a while and i really love the coins you find. The last video i saw you dig a shilling and i just had to have one, so i order one on e-bay. Do you sell those rubber tips for the pin pointer ? Congrats on your cool finds. Happy hunting !
What a great day's detecting, and some great finds. I would Echo what Derrick said about the spoon handle. Maybe do some research into the families who lived in the area. A local museum may have some info ?
