Hi Paula good evening po, may 3 options po tayo 1. replace new waste ink pad, 2. rinse o hugasan waste ink pad tapos patuyuin, messy nga lang. 3. kung wlang waste ink pad na mabili, pwede na napkin yung pang overnight sister brand 270mm or higher. thanks

good day. you may opt to change with new ink pad or just drain the waste and return back the ink pad.

@@joelchackoj on the first reset its ok but on the 2nd reset you need to change the ink pad. If you still do not change, the waste ink will spill. thanks
