    I think a more fair comparision would be between Analog Lab's presets against Syntronik.. both aren't fully customisable, and both are kinda priced similarly..

      Yes peraphs in future. But in this video I would be compare a different approach to create instruments, samples based vs physical modelling.

    Very interesting video. Can you please let me know how do you connect the Novation MKIII with the other keyboard that you have on top and use his sound? because I have Yamaha Montage and had connect it using midi cables and I could not make it work?. Thanks

    In otherwords, If you're not much of a programmer or in to programing or tweaking your own sounds, then arturia (synth) is not for you. If you want sounds that you can just load and ready to get rolling and producing out of the box, then Syntronic (rompler) should do the job for the price.
    That said, this is not a fair comparison, they're both inteneded for their own initial purpose respectively. Compare apples to apples, not price to performance or off an intuitive judgement.
    IMHO.

    Please make a similar video for the Minimoog, and maybe other stuff from the 60s/70s.. i think there is too much emphasis on the 80s with most Synth content on RUclips and not enough on the 60s, a little bit more but still not enough on the 70s..

    I enjoy your videos but this feels like a slightly 'click-bait' title IMHO. The individual Arturia keys are deliberately over-priced and only a fool (or someone with money to burn, lol!) would pay $200 for an individual instrument. They are regularly on sale, and you could actually buy the whole V-Collection for $200 during a sale. The Arturia CS80-V is a virtual soft-synth modeled closely the original CS-80, with full parameter control; whereas Syntronik is sample-based, so the level of control over the sound of each instrument is completely different. For me the Arturia gives a much more authentic CS-80 programming experience, and both the GUI sound quality and GUI are amazing. The Syntronik V-80 also sounds great and you get lots of great filters, but you can only filter and modulate the samples that are provided.

      Just curious - when do Arturia synths go on sale? I have never seen them for $200 as a bundle. I’ll definitely keep my eye open

    • @MreenalMams
      @MreenalMams 2 года назад +1

      @@Tyrell_Corp2019 I don't think the whole bundle would ever be for 200$.. it does go on sale but not that low.. still would be a good deal if we could afford.. (compared to that i got the whole Syntronik bundle recently for 50$)..

    • @Tyrell_Corp2019
      @Tyrell_Corp2019 2 года назад +1

      @@MreenalMams I thought so. I bought the CS-80 just recently while it was on sale itself. I’ve always thought Arturia is a bit overpriced. I’ll have to check out Synthtronik :)

    • @MreenalMams
      @MreenalMams 2 года назад

      @@Tyrell_Corp2019 i wouldn't call it overpriced for the whole bundle considering how many instruments they are offering.. so many synths, organs, pianos, sampled keyboards.. and the fact that their GUIs are the same as the the actual instruments, i think it would be a wonderful experience if i had them.. its just that I'm too poor for them.. 😅😅 So Syntronik comes to our rescue, which also has a pretty good GUI.. at least the vibe is there with the colours and the buttons/knobs/sliders..
