I guess the insurance companies may be enjoying gouging us but homeowners are sure as hell NOT happy. Mine was just under $1,000 per year in 2021 then went to $3,320. per year by 2024 after Elsa hit my chimney and roof with a lightening bolt literally blowing my chimney as far as the street! God help the folks this year after Debby if they have a damage claim.
