Key characteristics of this state include a heightened presence and mindfulness, a diminished sense of ego, and a profound feeling of interconnectedness with the universe, nature, or a higher power.

⧞The flow state is marked by effortless actions and thoughts, with a sense of ease and grace, and often includes a distorted perception of time, making it feel slowed down, sped up or even non-existent. Achieving this state is often sought for its potential to provide deeper understanding, inner peace, and a connection to something greater than oneself.

⧞My flow state is always found in my creativity. Performing my sound baths brings me to a special place that I lose all sense of time and ego, including this very sound bath. A place where I am completely present and tuned in with not only myself, but the practice I'm taking part in.

⧞I released all notes I took in making this sound bath and allowed myself to freestyle in the moment to truly embody this natural flow state of life. Many of us access this same flow state throughout our lives, especially when we're doing something that resonates deeply with our soul.

Has anyone else been able to focus better through their ADHD with this one? My head gets quiet, and I can actually focus on what I need to when I have it on at work.
Same here. I actually listen to this when I am getting ready in the morning to stay focused and calm my anxiety about the day
Music like this has been a godsend for my ADHD. It's like medicine!
Having it in the background while learning from other videos or reading helps my brain focus. It's like a certain amount of my attention has to be occupied or it will seek fulfillment elsewhere. This takes up that perfect extra portion that needs to be entertained so I can focus on learning without being pulled away to find other things to fill that attention void.
@briancouvillion926 Excellent insight into yourself! I am the same way. I wondered if I have ADHD. I Can focus and flow with much more clarity and purpose when this is on in whatever I am doing. It's not so overstimulating that it distracts me from the tasks at hand, but calms and soothes my brain
