At 3:22 you have mentioned about 2 pins that are supposed to be pushed inside out , but I think that curved tool that you are using makes it difficult to push those pins from inside. The magnetic roller attracts the tool and I am.not able to locate the slot from where the push is to he applied. Please help and guide.

I refilled it months ago. It was printing properly but now it's printing with black marks along the edge of the page. Do you know what it could be?
