This is not a free download. If you follow the instructions and download it according to that then you are able to use and re-use it in your edits as often as you like.
If you are looking for “free” this is not the place for you. I spend hours designing and creating these overlays, and charge a tiny amount for those who want to use them to access them. If I have something available for free, I will label it as such.

How can i use it for the overlays 😔?
In your editing software - layer this clip above your footage and then use a blend mode to overlay it. I'd try "Multiply" for this one, but experiment with the other options too :) Hope this helps.
