@@theodora_pilates I 100% concur. I CAN lead but after awhile it gets too stressful. Too much work. Too many details to manage. BUT when I relinquish my leadership I feel so micro-managee that I wish I never had the title to begin with. I do like that "2nd in command" or any position that puts someone else in charge while I can enjoy leading by sheer influence, not responsibility.
I am an ENFP. However, even though I am a social butterfly true friends are very difficult to come across. I would not actually consider myself popular. I also do not open up to people.
Th e way of opening up is not the superficial way, but it's being authentic. I, an ENFP, am not intending to be popular, but it comes naturally if I show myself how I am, and not be fake.

Totally feel ya. I love being around people and socialize. However, you can count my true friends on one hand. It's also because I connect quickly, but maintaining a friendship is kinda hard.
We don't like the pressure of leadership because we overthink a lot and hate criticism or not getting it right will stress us a lot. So we'll cheer and inspire the team instead more second in command 😂😂
I'm ENFP but I don't think I like being ENFP I wish I could be an introvert, but I don't know how I end up talking to a stranger I mostly like to spend time alone, I like the privacy it's kinda hard to open myself to anyone I hate that I can't concentrate on one project I feel bad about this I hate that I help everyone it ends up like I did nothing or they start to use me, why can't I say no?? I am a leader at my job but I don't want to give them rules I want them to work without my rules I don't like me I feel like I'm depressed 😭
Nature vs nurture. I have grown up as an extremely shy ENFP as well. Working on altering my nurture back towards my nature, who I have been created to be, who I truly am. ☺️
