Alexander Litvinenko was just one of many Kremlin critics to die mysteriously. Was his friend Andrei Lugovoi involved in the poisoning? We follow the polonium trail back to Moscow.
“At the beginning of the year, Lugovoi started coming regularly to London”, states KGB defector Oleg Gordievsky. “He was obviously cultivating him”. On the day he was poisoned, Litvinenko met with Lugovoi, Lugovoi’s partner, and a mysterious man traveling under a false passport. It’s thought the third man was a trained assassin. Polonium was found in their hotel room and on the plane they traveled in. Russian journalist, Andrei Korolkov, suspects Lugovoi was used as bait. “He was someone Litvinenko would have trusted.” Lugovoi may have struck a deal with the FSB when in prison in 2001. It was a serious matter but he was mysteriously released early.

I am sure my friend was also poisoned too but now by the CCP. He was a UK nuclear employee. Both him and his Mum dies within 8 months of each other. He was so fit and healthy but married a Chinese citizen.

He was laid to rest in Highgate cemetery in a lead lined coffin... but he was interviewed by police, face to face, by his bed, in the hospital and his wife was with him too in the hospital by his bed. Weren't they contaminated being so close to him ? Anyone, please ?

It was before they realized he was poisoned with polonium. It wasn’t enough to contaminate those around him.

You've got to laugh at some of these clowns , litvinenko poisoned himself with polonium that could only be obtained by the state, yeah right???

    • @abrahamdecruz5128

Death could be due to Lithium poisoning. Polonium is a red herring only said by the atomic weapons lab. Even the hospital could not find the cause of death. Why didn't they do an autopsy? It would have identified the poison.
Litvinenko brought the poison from Russia into London to poison the exiles. He ended up poisoning himself. Assasin and victim are one and the same.
Why would Putin want to poison him when he had lived in UK freely and happily for so long. Easy to blame Putin for everything basis hearsay.
Excellent documentary. Your team should do a documentary on Afghanistan. How war could have been avoided in 2003. There were many opportunities - when bin laden wrote to Bush? when bin laden offerred to meet Bush Jnr anywhere in the world? When Qatar and others wanted to mediate with the Taliban to surrender bin.laden etc etc etc.

polonium has ahalf life of between 1-3.5 years depending on the isotope.
the "Polonium trail" that they followed. was Litvenko's trail not the assasins.
it would have been transported in lead lining to avoid detection in customs.
moreover if the 3 ppl in that room delivered the Polonium they were most certainly harming themselves. I believe they had indirect contact. due to the fact they are still alive. the trail that lead back to Moscow was they people they believed. but indirect, inadvertent exposure.
the polonium was in the tea pure and simple the insertion point was room service
    im available for work.

It didn’t need to be transported in a lead lined box because the alpha radiation that polonium produces is tricky to detect if you’re not specifically looking for it. Lugavoi and Kovtun had no problems being up close and person with polonium they were carrying it round on their person up until the moment they dumped it down a sink in a London hotel.
