    Our speakers for the webinar include:
    Professor Lindsay Jaacks, Professor of Global Health and Nutrition, University of Edinburgh, and Dr Fiona Comrie, Senior Public Health Nutritionist, Food Standards Scotland, who will talk about their recently published research on nutritional considerations when thinking about reducing meat and dairy.
    Andrew Stark, Senior Research and Policy Manager, Eating Better, who will talk about ‘Better by Half’ roadmap to create an enabling environment for transformation, including supporting farmers as part of the dietary transition.
