      😐 got a uncle that worked in a food plant and USDA is just there mostly visual inspecting for contamination when plant is running and after sanitation is done and reviewing contamination tests reports are done internally by company - they arent/weren’t doing any testing themselves besides visual where my uncle worked

      Yes, I stopped buying these prepackaged foods a while back when they first started reporting the recalls on this type of food, but all the food now is dangerous, especially the meat

      USDA is, and has been short inspectors for while now.
      The Trump Adm axed government jobs in regulatory agencies like IRS, USDA, FDA, SEC, ATF, etc. Less inspectors; more diseases.

      maybe it's just me but I believe it is because these companies would rather let us purchase the affected product first and then "recall" it so that the public loses the money not them. If anyone gets sick the recall probably favors them in a lawsuit.

    interesting which brands source their meat from this supplier... from rao's, evol, trader joe's, good & gather (target) to 7/11, great value (walmart), el monterrey, fresh express. some brands love to give you the impression that their food is more natural (evol) or better quality (rao's) but the truth is it's all from the same factory farm. very eye opening

      Did you see the interview of the guy that got fired from Boars Head? He was hired as the chief of sanitation, when he started complaining about all the failures to keep up on sterilization. They fired him. It was ,I think, about a month before they had the outbreak.

    Trader Joe’s is part of every recall. It’s hard to trust them if you’re gonna have toxic chicken, or 2-3 recalls where rocks are in the food. Rocks!!! That store has to be a scam. Specialized foods constantly being recalled.

It was all over the news (actual news, not Fox) when he did it .Trump told these companies they could regulate themselves instead of answering to government inspectors. We are just now seeing the results of trump's policy change.

    Im not surprised. Alot of stores will constantly move meat in and out of freezers. If you dont know the constant thawing and refreezing of meat pretty much reactivates microbes that were there before freezing.

    This happens when food manufacturing/processing equipment isn’t properly cleaned. Proper cleaning takes time and money. Invisible hand of unregulated capitalism doesn’t result in good self-regulation. The companies will get a fine at most, stop production to do a deep cleaning and they’ll be back to business.

    Where are the food inspectors, where are the equipement swabs? This is preventable, must follow sanitation and food manufacturing procedures , in my 14 years of experience in the food manufaturing industry the listeria breakouts ive seen usually comes from cross contamination and/or sanitation didnt clean the equipment properly and it passed inspection before production contaminating tonnes of product! That company is now in verybigtrouble and will have to pay out millions in compensation! Some people are losing there jobs over this!

Ethylene glycol in our ice cream allowed not to be even labeled...so we don't know. High fructose corn syrup for creating a fatty liver---starting with children MSG to give you later mental issues same the artificial sweeteners. BHT TBHT ...citric acid Maltrodexin...and tons of other chemicals. Just to get us sick for life so ...we will go to the killing us hand to get their life treatment in the form of pills of course done many false useless testing which is not going to tell you the real reason why???you are sick .Modified starches even in our sour creams Sterilization of population through not only vax but sorbic acid 80 Injection hormones...not only one type into the animals so we are eating them with the meat. Creating clothing/shoes from reusable plastic...oh I could write you a book.

    I think most of the food supply is covered in humanure. Human waste sewage sludge is used by farmers to fertilize and grow crops. Farm Animals eat the plants that have been fudged or sludged.

    Production of some chicken processing plants actually closed some of its doors due to the recalls. They will be quarantined until the laboratories get the outbreak under control. Especially Boar’s Head plants. We’re in Virginia. Chicken production capital of poultry….

      I only buy groceries that I need with the store app, digital coupons. I save 40%-70% off. The cashier once told me, “wow! Is like we pay you to buy groceries from us” 😁

    Wonderful. They did this after the last hurricane. 😂 There was nothing in the regular stores so I went to Walmart, got the great value turkey lunch meat and ate it 3/4 gone and hear this. Thankfully I called my elderly mother in time to warn her not to take candy from strangers. Fema came last year and gave the elderly risky trader Joe's recalled foods. Just wow. Pray over your food, it really really does work. Jesus is 👑

    My daughter got Salmonella from an upscale restaurant in Chicago last week and was in the hospital. It's just hanging on and not getting better. Im wondering if she has listeria poisoning also.

    I was wondering why I can't find grassfed beef at Aldis...they said processed but I wonder. At any rate mostly we have unprocessed meats...

      I had no problem finding 100% grass-fed organic ground beef at Aldi today and yesterday. 16 ounces for $4.99. I think it's on sale. It's probably sold out at YOUR local Aldi. Sometimes items that are on-sale are sold out due to the low price. I believe this recall is regarding pre-cooked meat. The grass-fed beef you are talking about is not pre-cooked. It's raw.
