I think if you let Sariah have Snapchat you should monitor her. Not go be an over protective parent but just because anyone can add you and talk to you. Chats disappear straight away or after 24hrs. You can only see a pic 2 times then it’s gone. I’d just say if she does get it be careful because you get some weird guys on there trying to talk to girls all the time.

I would say NO to Snapchat. She may be too young. There is a lot of predatory behavior on there. Weird adults (minors as well) use it with the intentions of not being tracked because the messages disappear.
I'd say just do your research. Snapchat is always one of the top apps that people who work in internet safety say they would never allow their children to use.
