Tip with the thin glues. Most are the same. Clean paint off the surfaces you want to join, the glue melts the plastic and basically welds it together. It"s easiest to join parts with capillary action, hold them together, and touch the brush to the joint. Capillary action will pull the glue into the joint. If you build a lot, MEK is a good and much cheaper substitute. That's what most of the plastic welding glues are.
Good to see this rig survived it's encounter with gravity! also interestingly, 1:1 Hilux trucks of this generation do have a seem around the back window frame area, but it isn't as well defined.
As silly as it sounds. I kinda like doin the repairs after a bad crash. Which is good...Because I crash alot!😂 Glad you kept the square headlights. Enjoyed the vid Bro. Always a pleasure. Right on 👊
I like to use red and orange sharpies to do my lenses. It only takes about 10 seconds to color the inside of the lens and it looks perfect. Top tip, spraying CA Accelerator on it and wiping it off will remove any whitening caused by the CA. 😉
