This reminds me of the first time Dad took me out to an Interstate construction site and taught me to drive in the much deeper, thick red clay mud there (after much rain)! I bet some of that clay is _still_ stuck on my '46 CJ-2A.... ;)
That is the reason noone wanted to drive the Willis Jeep in winter: It was cold, humid and disgusting. Specially during a snow storm. If you are not forced to ride in the Jeep for hours it can look like fun. But in reality it is the contrary.
Ya, I’ve driven mine for hours at a time, sometimes with a trailer and sometimes with three to four people on board. Full gear sets too, I’ve done reenacting in a Jeep, bailing out of one while it was moving was fun, lol.
Hello ! I was wondering what is the best way to clean a Jeep covered in dry mud? With a high pressure jet? By hand with a brush? I'm afraid of damaging sensitive parts with the high pressure jet
Wet it with a hose, spray on a mud cleaner for atvs or the like then get to work in it with a long handled soft bristle brush. Take it out for a run to dry it and then spray it all over with a preservative oil of your choice
Hi guys, I’m very, very new to the channel and am loving everything I’ve seen so far. I’ve always had an increasing desire to own a WW2 Ish jeep. I’m only talking and asking about very rough values, but if I wanted to own a jeep of genuine WW2 manufacture, as opposed to a post WW2 manufactured vehicle, bearing in mind that either vehicle would be in an average, either restored or unrestored condition, what sort of prices should I be expecting to see? I know the phrase “how long is a piece of string” comes into effect, but any help you guys can give will be greatly appreciated. 👍
Where has the Green dot been all of these months?

True, hence why videos showing people what its like are important!

That made me genuinely LOL.
You were having way too much fun wheel spinning it Matt ! 😄😄😄
And it still looked clean lol 😆
Hmmm... Cleaning some wheel bearings in the future? 🤔
Something still ominous about seeing that coat walking into the fog. Our the jeep coming out of it.
Both my father's and my jeeps are as Dad used to say " combat grungy ". Never wash mud off, brush off heavy mud and leave her mother earth brown
Nice, but if I had it I would definitely have someone Craft either a soft/hard top on it just for the Winter months! 😎😂🇺🇸
so good to see a dirty jeep - I understand their expensive but cmon lets see them as they were intended to be used! far too many clean jeeps
While most people might think ' what's wrong with this guy ? Is he nuts or something? " , only the few would refind the lost legend in it ...

US prices are around 10 for a project, 20-25 for restored, 30k-35k for excellent restored
