- Delivering a couple of show cars with a tractor-trailer through some narrow roads in BeamNG.drive. I find this much more appealing than dedicated truck sims like ATS in terms of realism. Much more fun in my opinion. And finally, with the update 0.26, the game is playable with traffic... even though the AI is just plain dumb. Let me know if you guys would like to see more Truck Sim videos with BeamNG.Drive. Thanks for watching!

the physics of this game is great, even better than the ATS, you can see the chassis of the truck bending due to the initial torque, this is great

Well, that's not fair. BeamNG uses soft body physics, ATS uses rigid models. Reasonable, since the gameplay objective of ATS is different to BeamNG.
@@TheSultan1470 but I think the physics of both games is very good, it will compare with Snowrunner , that then you will see a bad physics, with vehicles without weight

you know a game has good physics when even a honk sound gets distorted by doppler effect when switching the camera position (12:25 / 12:33)
you forgot to mention they not only have realistic sound wave physics, but they nailed driving, blows all the deticated truck sims out of the water, beamng is a true simulator whilst ats and ets2

What a task! I like the truck physics that makes for the realism of the game for a truck like that. The trailer is a pain not having a steerable axle to make it more suitable for those curvy and narrow roads. Those AI vehicles are a pain in the butt too like they own the road. I would have gotten fedup with that trailer and dumped it somewhere and leave it. LOL!!! You've got real patience man, I got to give you that.
Haha thanks man. To be honest I'm not that patient either. This is my second try. I raged at my first try when I couldn't make a hairpin without the AI driving right up to my bumper. Had to back up 3 times on a damn hairpin. Happened again the 4th time but I did not back up this time. I just drove straight through lol. Even though the AI doesn't have feelings, felt good to me at least LOL

Would love to see you try a log truck in BeamNG. Great video! You can almost feel the tension without playing: this is what a challenge is all about.

When starting out, never rev the gas. Grab first gear and let the clutch out then worry about the gas.

@@Xpertgamingtech hello Xpertgamingtech, I have a question. I see that you have the sim dashboard app. Whenever I rev my car to the max it stops at the second last light and it doesn't blink, do you know how to fix this problem.
@@clipzz7868 Go into edit mode, click on the rpm lights, customize widget. Now scroll down till you see "RPM Max Threshold". Decrease this value. Hope this helps.

Great vid I like how you include trucking type videos such as this and snowrunner but beam is easily my fav. would love to see you try to do some sort of off road trucking type thing? Like what I’ve done before is get the dump truck and fill it with rocks, and then try to get from point A to point B with off road trails. Would love to see something like that from you if your willing! I like the off road trails in American road, jungle rock, and east coast.
If you know or suspect that your drive will have a lot of brutal hills and corners then it's always a good idea to put most of the weight on the drive tires.
Seeing that you're hauling two cars; the red car should have been sitting directly above the drive tires and the blue car is perfect, i personally would have moved it a bit forward just a bit but It's ok because the trailer brakes is gonna need the weight for traction for them hills.

If I were the car drivers, I would reverse to a place where we can cross both, because trucks and buses have priority on narrow roads, even if heavy vehicles are on a climb.

The problem with SCS is that they don wanna learn, or they learn extremely slow. ATS and ETS2 have been there for years now, but they both developed very little in terms of realistic features of the gameplay. It took them over 5 years just to add opening Windows, you can guess it will take them 10 more years just to add realistic physics in the game or some other interactive features.

how many different tuck deliveries are there are they randomized so theres always a delivery to do or is there only so many u can do cause when i do truck deliveries i dont wanna do the same mission repeatedly.

The logistics manager of that trucking company should have his assed kicked. No true logistics manager would use a truck that size. It would be two smaller trucks or two trips with one. 🤣

Hahahaha, ETS2 in BeamNG, I realy thoungt sometimes you where stocked, wow, I love BeamNG for is realistic driving, it's a pitty they don't have more beatifull and big maps as Italy. American roads is big, but less beautiful.

If you stick to your lane the AI works well. But you can't exactly do that with a tractor-trailer

I love BeamNG, and I love ATS/ETS2. a perfect combination would be the physics of Beam and the graphics of ATS.
BUT, seeing the mirrors in Beam always takes me right out the immersion, when you see the trailer just floating there...that's just a big no no for me.
So i hardly do the trucks, but i love the offroad stuff with Beam.
