It’s relatively safe but crime is always everywhere. We have a locking storage, security system,cameras and insurance. That’s about all I can do! Gata take risks sometimes in order to grow!
It’s nice being able to do everything out of pocket but I would recommend a line of credit my company is struggling right now because we didn’t get a line of credit when we first opened up 5 years ago. Even if you don’t use it, it’s always a good idea to have a cushion just incase.
Very wise indeed. I got a business line of credit but I have yet to use it. I am considering pulling some out just to stimulate good business credit but so far I haven’t needed it. Great advice thank you!

I’m looking to serve Outdoor based companies, preferably with packable products i can take with me outdoors. I landed mostly Overland based contracts so far simply because that’s the industry I’m most well known in, but I’m hoping to tackle other outdoor companies as well.

I've had my own business for 20 years and finally got a shop and office. It only lasted a year because I suddenly felt like I had a job and not a business. So I went back to the way I normally did things. Then again, I didn't have employees so there wasn't a huge need for 1500 sqft of space.
I’m a month in and I understand how it could feel that way pretty easily. I think hiring good people makes the difference
