An impressive salad for the Christmas dinner- GOLDEN RECIPES

As we are getting into the Christmas period, we adapt our menu, making a great salad rich with simple ingredients, in order to offer it to our dinners, during the Christmas season. This salad is particularly filling and delicious. Enjoy!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
2-3 fresh onions
A little dill
4 carrots
4 potatoes
4 beets
4 eggs
Salt Pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
2 spoons of vinegar
Salt
Salt Pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon
250 g of mayonnaise
Method
We start and initially boil all our vegetables (carrots, beets, potatoes) and eggs.
At the same time, chop the onions and the dill.
Then, we pass the carrots, beets and potatoes through the coarse grater.
Using a fine grater, pass the whites and yolks separately.
Put salt, pepper, juice of 1/2 lemon, olive oil, onions and mix in the plate where the potatoes have been placed.
We continue by draining the beets well to remove the liquid. Then add chopped or dry garlic, salt, vinegar and mix.
Add salt, pepper, juice of 1/2 lemon to the carrots and work.
ASSEMBLY: In a cake tin, layer the dill, egg yolks, egg whites, half the mayonnaise, carrots, beets, remaining mayonnaise and potatoes.
Finally, cover and leave for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Unmould and serve.
