Victor, curious why you think so. Their head to head is 50/50, but Halep has never beaten her on clay. I do think Halep has gotten mentally stronger, which of course is needed against an in-form Kerber.
García is highly overranked. I know it's good to be regular (and more in a tour where nobody is) but García is pretty useless when she face a good player.
There's no shame in losing against Kerber (even when clay is her worst surface) but someone of García's level should at least give her a fight
