SuperSaltySam may be the guy who said it, do it every day. Wake up every day at 3:00 AM and till 7:00 AM prove that he is innocent and leaves for work!! 😅
I get what he is saying. The presumption of innocence means the verdict of “not guilty” is not the same as being proven innocent. Mr Hinton was realeased because the prosecution realesedthe qualityof evidence was such the prosecution could not prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. That doesn’t mean someone is innocent. OJ Simpson is a classic example. The jury thought there was reasonable doubt in his criminal case. Iin a civil case the standard of proof is lower, you only need to show guilt on the balance of probabilities (or the evidence is a person is more likely than not, to have committed the act. A court found against OJ in the civil case because of the lower standard. Personally I think that the state of evidence is such, that even at the civil standard the prosecution would find it difficult to make a case.
He was never PROVEN guilty either. He got 30 yrs from a person that was falsely proven guilty, who may have been innocent, or 30 yrs for someone who might have been guilty, so it appears to be a wash at this point.
You got that right. My wife is from Jamaica and she prays for innocent people in prison. It is a real burden on her heart. This story is why she prays.

This is not yet deciced, this case is still in process.
Does america not give a ton of money to people who have been falsely accused and jailed? In my country someone who had been locked away for 30 years while innocent would recieve millions of dollars
Alex G where is your country
Alex G Usually not, but if he were to sue the state a few million for what they did, most likely he would win.
BeanMaster47 sweden
america gives a ton of your money to corporations if you download their movie for free
i think he got 6.4 million dollars, but im really not sure about that.
Incompetence at it's finest. Resulting in the near detruction of a man's life, How he kept his sanity is beyond me. God bless him.
God bless him and his amazing Attorney!

AoN there is no such thing
Mr. World Free-Man There is, in non cancerous countries.
Mr. World Free-Man every suspect is innocent until proven guilty. That is the law in America
They did prove him guilty wrongly
i say he get 30 mil for all the years
ninjaPOTATO _ that's just unreasonable
Phaise Aypix just think about the scale of 1 million dollars and how much taxes payer money would be used. your saying 30 million? that's just absurd
Phaise Aypix BTW I'm gonna make a video on you because you're just a gold mine
He should get money, but 30 million is WAY to much.
NotInfractioN thank you
Before Obama leaves office, he should visit a lot of prisons listen to people's stories, and find evidence and release them. There's too many prisoners locked up for no reason.
+Christian Silva HE COULD GIVE TWO SHITS ABOUT WHO IS ROTTING AWAY IN THE PRISON SYSTEM. HE IS TOO BUSY CROSSING INTERNATIONAL BOARDERS BLOWING UP FOREIGNERS.
he does ,every president can release a certain amount of prisoners
Obama will not do that! He is no "Savior".
Amen!
Christian Silva so sad
He speaks with his soul. When he was talking about his mother i cried. I couldn’t help it.
Wow... he has such a pure soul. Beautiful... bless him.
"What they couldn't take is my joy"
Make it a habit to not allow negative circumstances or people to steal your joy....if he can so can we.
Having been in prison for 2 years and 8 months I can only imaging how he feels
I hope you are okay & doing better. Love & Light❤
@Eitan Fomin That's what he just said, dumbass.
I was locked up for 2 days and almost went crazy I can’t even picture 2 years
TheScottishGuy What’d you do?
Assault, armed robbery and possesion of a firearm
god bless this man i hope he gets to enjoy his life
God bless him, imagine walking in the rain and loving it, how wonderful, may he enjoy many years free🙏🙏🙏🇬🇧🇬🇧
This man needs to be paid so much he doesn't need to work a single more day in his life. He deserves to live a wealthy and happy man for the rest of his life
"-he was never proven innocent..." Has Jason Davidson ever heard of "Innocent until proven guilty," I mean that was probably the stupidest thing he could have said.
SuperSaltySam
There's no such thing as being found innocent.
There's guilty and not guilty
I can't imagine being locked up for 30 years...That's so long
Haley Carter imagine for life?
So happy for him that he is out. really inspiring to see how he worked on himself to feel no bitterness.
Oh, the things we take for granted the feel of the rain.
He should get millions he was actually innocent for the whole 30 years
Just remember everyone:
You can't put a price on time so use it wisely
Have a great day and god bless you all
America's justice system at its finest. sorry to the man that served all those years behind bars.
I've seen Bryan Stevenson in many documentaries he seem like a very good man
Bitterness can kill soul. Wow so sad what he went thru but this guy is beyond blessed to have a great ful heart and with time he shall have the best life ever!
I watch these video and then feel so good . Enjoy your life and you deserve better .
How can the citizens of Montgomery, Alabama help Ray put his life back together? One look at his Mother's home and the answer seems obvious. She was a great woman of God who raised a son to know the Lord Jesus, There are many reasons to celebrate, this being the greatest.
just think of all the innocent that now is dead
Like I've said, "Justice goes where the money flows."
YoungMoneyThugz so u like the cowboys huh
AMEN 🙏
Am I the only one who cannot stop crying
What happened to this world there’s no justice 💔
this is so sad and infuriating and he deserves millions of dollars and as much love as he can get
SAD STORY TEARS CAME TO MY EYES ABOUT THIS STORY A innocent man doing 30 years for nothing inside death row can u imagine living in death row for 30 yrs? Knowing u didn't do that crime this justice department system is corrupted and they get away free pass taking this man life away i hope he sues the department system for billions 💯
I am so happy for this man i can't explain it.
Beathoven write him a letter telling him how his story made you understand your Life is priceless
i am not happy. The Court system is messed up (back then, maybe eve today). I will be happy watching those who prosecuted him being judged by god
Someone should set up a gofundme for this dude
Taryn Nolen Not enough I tell you
Chris MD you can, but he needs to sue the police, state or county
@@47sandy3 yup I agree with you
Yeah the government!
@@illegalwaffel6435Where did you read he won 6 million? A 1.5 million suit was declined by the state of Alabama due to his team not being able to prove his innocence. Proving one is innocent is not often possible even when one is indeed innocent.
The criminal justice system frequently uses the phrase “accountability”. But it is a one-way street. The people who framed this man walk away and go on with their lives as if nothing had happened.
There is one watching, they will be burning in hell
I cannot fathom being locked up for years as an innocent person.
dude had a white boss as a witness he's was at work and the gun didn't match even the jugde. what the hell .
just goes to show how fucked up the justice system is, feels like they never bother to look closer to the suspects when they are lower class.
half blind ballistics expert...
yea that part blew my mind.
Why would having sight in only one eye make you any less of an expert than someone with sight in both eyes?.......
Bush Vo They should stick that fucker in there for 30 years .
stick the guy in there or take his other eye out
"He was never proven innocent."
What a terrifying thing.
lmao ikr what a dumbass thing to say. Tom cruise hasn't been proven innocent...he must be locked up for this
If you're black you have to be proven innocent! Lol
Jurg Schupbach shut your stupid face
Yeah, they originally didn’t give him compensation because he “never proved his innocence”, but the court never proved he was guilty!
God Bless Mr. Henton, enjoy free life
Amen 🌅. Bryan and you live forever in great peace🕊
30 years 30 million
Kayla Maguire Damn straight. He deserves $30,000,000!
If money can buy time, billionaires would have never died. USA is shame to world as always😥😥
No money can make up for the loss of his mom and him not attending his moms funeral or getting to spend time with her. 30m, is alot, what he does deserve is divine justice, by the one who is always watching
I'm so happy for him and his family. God truly is good all the time.
I would love to meet this guy
This Man is so Awesome !! I feel so bad that the laws are so messed up and this is a travesty !! This Man deserves to be compensated to the degree that He will never need to work a day for the rest of His life !! I would be so honoured to know Him !! God Bless Mr. Hinton !!
OMG... I’m crying... Half of his life s gone. But Thanks to God . Prayers answered. Even compensation is not everything. Dear Lord! 😭😭😭
Bless him 😟
I feel so bad
KEEP YOUR HEAD UP BROTHER BECAUSE GOD IS GOOD! HE IS GETTING READY TO OPEN ALL DOORS FOR YOU.
who says gods real
+SaVg FFA ikr
+SaVg FFA God is Real and who says he's not real?
Amen to that! Yes God is and will soooo bless this man!
Amen!
The Bible teaches him not to hate. Now this is a guy I could hang with. I can really see him becoming a preacher, they took his thirties forties and fifties, but couldn't take his Joy. This guy can really make a difference in somebody's life and I can see it.
Thank you Jesus from Nigeria 🇳🇬
I spent 10 years in prison from 2000-2010. The worst part is losing people while away. I lost my father, and both of my grandparents. You never get a chance to show them that u changed for the better. When u get out,it's like losing them all over again.
h-town tx : JUST STAY STRONG AND ON THE RIGHT ROAD. Welcome home ✊💪💯🙏Stay on the Path of Light and Not the Darkness. Peace 🙏
They can see the change from far🙌🏽keep your head up
Brother has a calling on his life .anybody else see it
i mean yeah they should pay him for being locked up when he was innocent, but he should get even more as he was in death row, which means he had to be really stressed. Man thats fucked up
That man experienced the joy of God. We will never understand why but The Lord will use this for His glory
The organisation that fought for his freedom deserves to be noted for their effort and conviction in pursuit for justice. I am glad happy to see him free enjoying the freedom that we all take for granted.
Who's here after watching Just Mercy?
