Thanks. Ya. It packs a pinch! LOL. No, that is not Maltese bread, it was from a long loaf. Macedonian bread is similar to what you see. Some have a softer top and tighter crumb, and others are very similar to Maltese bread. A crusty sourdough type of bread.
