Tbh, I hated the "Glover" bit in the intro., & found it slightly distracting as an interlude. Perhaps that's why he flicked me off @ 11:18. However, the ending did make me smile.

Useful video but u could easily skip all the parts with barking dogs and "lover" parts, it's just distracting.
