      That's good you have all those insects. I'm not too worried about ants but they are a bit annoying when they are in the house. Also I don't like white ants (termites) in the house.

      Thank you for your good comments. It's amazing how many different species come when we don't use any poisons and we let the garden and the grass get a bit overgrown and sometimes a bit wild. The slomo clips were taken on my iPhone. Hope everything is going well for you in Japan.

The bees are certainly collecting lots of pollen and almost looks too much to fly about with. That frog did not look at all happy with you ousting him out of your wellie 😬Beautiful footage of that Dragonfly👍 Many thanks for sharing it all with us. Have a happy day. Warm greetings, Julie😊🍂🍁🌈🌞

      That was good you saw a Leafcutter Bee. We have a lot of them here and they nest in bits of small diameter poly pipe hanging on the shed. I love how they carry pollen under their abdomen and have bright yellow bellies when they have a full load. A lot of our garden plants now have circular holes in their leaves.

    Really like your close up work in this, I know it’s not easy . 😀 I had a small farm north of Auckland for 25 years and tried hard to be as spray free as possible. Did a lot of replanting of natives and a few exotics and fenced my waterways to keep the animals out of the streams. I miss the place especially the night skys and the big animals, but circumstances change 😀

    • @MoreliaAustralia
      @MoreliaAustralia  Год назад +1

      That was good you did a lot of replanting and tried to be as spray free as possible. I like large animals too. They are always part of a healthy ecosystem but it's good to keep them from damaging the waterways. It's good when we can accept and adjust to changing circumstances because things never stay the same.
