A little late to the party, I know, but I still think the most perfect bass slide ever is the JD's F3-F1 on the end of Rainbow of Love, from the Stamps' Live at Murray double album.
Here are the bass notes in case some of you don’t remember 1. G 2. A1 3. Bb1 4. Another Bb1 5. B sharp 6.and u my friend did a awesome Bb1 7. Another G 8.and another Bb1 9.and once again another Bb1 10. And again another G 11. C 12. B sharp 13. Another Bb1 14. G 15.G#1 16. Another Bb1 17.F Ur welcome
Noticed you said B Sharp in a few of these. Those would be C because B sharp wouldn’t exist so make sure you don’t get those mixed up. Saying it to help on out and not be a dick about it
@@dantesaliba8533 B sharp does exist, in keys such as C# Major or as a sharp accidental for C spelled without a natural. But you are right, it is very uncommon and in this case wrong.
Kick ass man. I love singing low. More of a solo/Duet singer though. don’t really like the low projecting notes, but i highly respect it. Anything lower than an A1 is useless for me even though I can “technically” hit a G1. I can nail a B1 every time though now. Still learning
2:23 reaction was priceless
he dropped the note so low, guy beside him looked down
2:23 is my favorite one ♡♡
Also good job 👏especially for 17 👏
That was Great!,, You have to say Old JD was the Grand Daddy Of Them all

Number 5 and 12 are B natural, not sharp.

Callum yes I completely forgot about that thanks for the corrections
@@dantesaliba8533 enharmonically, yes B# and C are the same. But they function entirely differently. Otherwise, there wouldn't be a B# major scale
Man just the power from those low notes is insane
I would like to hear the full video of you singing bass and any other videos you have!
Love pat barker. Real hero because his range, like mine never goes super deep and show you don't have to be low to be good
I love it that it was live!

Love 3:16. Best part
Nice editing. Try using different fonts though next time. Just an opinion. It's good either way.
1:51 is my favorite part
Did you see that guys face when Anthony davis hit that low note. I take it hes never went that low before because that guy was surprised.
I need to learn the technique from Tim Riley
Fun fact. George Younce started out as a tenor.
At the age of...

Tim Foust is even lower.
Thanks ! ! !
Nice video!
Tim Riley is the best!
Where is Isaac freeman?!
That first guy in the grey jacket has an insecure anger problem or some shiz..
Why not Mike Holcomb

On the clip of you singing bass what song were you singing ?
Matthew Bailey somebody sing by legacy five
Can I still find it on RUclips ?
the one of me isnt on youtube but the song is on youtube
MrGRAVEDIGGER24 could you send me the video ? You sound real good. I'm about to turn 18 and I've been singing bass for about four years
I know the tenor of sould out
i think that glissando at the end of every gospel song down to a low note is very overused, just my opinion though
