Used to be an alarm installer. Your set up is more secure than the banks we did work on! If the client requests for maximum security protection, we would generally install two door contacts (as shown in your video), honeywell dual tec motion detectors, a loud exterior siren in tamper box, a 25 watt indoor siren (15 watt is typical), and glass break detectors. For phone line back up we would use nearnet radio instead of cellular. How long does your siren stay on once the alarm goes off? Its generally 15-20 mins for UL requirements.
Re-visiting this video a decade later because I have my own place and wanted to get something loud to go off when someone breaks in...lol Hope your new place has a pretty cool alarm setup!
If you have a GSM or CDMA-X on your Vista, you can add the Total Connect and have full control with your Cell Phone. V21-IP can give you IP, Cell and POTS line all at once!
I have a similar panel as you. How easy is it to upgrade the panel to one that is wifi contacted, so that I can arm and check the system from a remote location? And is having a wifi enabled panel a special service that I need to buy from the security firm? Great video! Thanks!
They are real easy to put in as add ons that are dedicated to this brand panel (5 wires total), with the exception of the antenna mounting which is key to having a back up service, but theres so many companies making this stuff today, so don't leave out 3rdparty options...
Ho Anh Most vista systems can not be remotely accessed with a smart phone. You can do lights and garage door openers but not not arming and disarming. You would need a phone line and an ademco phone module that gives you a audio phone menu type system not internet based.
+Dustin Lane Nope, with my panel you'd have to cut GSM, internet and PSTN at the exact same time because as soon as a line goes down it instantly goes off...
Need ab6 way jammer with a t1t2 modulator splice in your own continuous pulse so the system is still pinging eventhough you have it snipped. Can do it from a ground hog main control or your line box going into your building. Trust me to a sophisticated burglar you have nothing. But 99% of dumb ass criminals wouldn't know shit. Im not one either, but your cocky attitude id love to come fuck your shit up just for being a douch bag. Most any hacker with some good sense would fuck your system up in a heartbeat.
And if someone has a proper cell jammer...there will be no emails or txts going anywhere...unless the dopes forget to destroy the cell alarm before they leave. But most probably would forget...the dummies.
I love your video! Just what I needed to hear today! I enjoy a lot of the remarks too! I'll be checking out some more of your rock star playlists, please check out mine also! Thanks and God bless!
it will be very rare that see a theft with a cell phone jammer as they are ingeal and probilly get caught and the theft would have to know if the alarm system has cellular backup or just runs off the celluar network that the nice thing with these newer alarm system can oprate without a landline back then when had a alarm system had to have a landline to oprate with the central station
we had to get a new alarm systen installed at our house after the dialer went out our new system runs off the cellular network will allow for remote mangeament once our installer gets that setup the weather down here in SC has been crazy they said get 8in of snow where i live on wednesday night
***** I am referring to BRIANMINKC,Your a villiage idiot if you brought a simpleton safe system. This guy has far knowledge than you..His system goes to a real monitoring center and not his text message box.Simpleton Safe users are always good for a cheap laugh.
this place is so illegal by the fire Marshall standards. that little siren is put in because it is by law you can't have over 100db in a build because you can hurt hearing.
Justin Gentry f the law I would do all that by the time the police get there thy can be gone with his stuff nowadays gangs of 8 to 10 break into business' and can get away with alot of stuff at least by blowing there ears up the will think twice.
Lol.....no amount of noise is going to deter someone that wants something and are able to get it. And all these peeps talking bout....just get a cell phone jammer and.....lalalalal.......a real jammer is difficuly to get and costs a lit more than 500$........
lol....... oh boy. What a bundle of wire and equipment. Just spend $500 for a Simplisafe system it installs with sticky tape and there are no wires. Backup batteries already built in. This sherlock made me laugh.
lololol if you think SimpliSafe is better, you have no business being in security. Overview from Fox4 of just a few of the issues ruclips.net/video/BvQA0AhLzi4/видео.html
I dont fuck around
That is awesome. You should install industrial alarms for a living. You know your stuff.
Is there a way to completely turn off the Automatic Focus on your Camera?

mine is timed for 15 minutes
Wow! That is a elaborate and complex alarm system you have.
Re-visiting this video a decade later because I have my own place and wanted to get something loud to go off when someone breaks in...lol

-Good morning, Mr. Hunt. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves break in lessco electronics...
_Ethan Hunt has left the chat_
If I'm getting one of these warehouses, you bet I'm going all out with stuff like this.
So cool video! People should watch this and learn more about their security alarms.
I myself usually utilize 8+ watt sirens for my installs but after watching this? I'm gonna get a couple of those "bad boys". LOL !! Thanks ! ;)
That was hilarious when the alarm went off! I hear wowowowo then waaaaaahhhhhh! No human could ever tolerate that
:I
You spent more money on the alarm system then what you would’ve lost from a break in..
I love everything about this system 😂😂
Good system! I added a dedicated phone line. They can cut the outside line and use a $500 wireless jammer to block the cell backup.
Cool I used to have 6 of those 360" PIRs. they are cool you should get shock or vibration sensors

"If you liked the video, give it a like! If you didn't like the video, give it a like!" LOL
that that thing sure works good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is the guns and the lasers??
I have that Alarmnet cell radio in my car!
Have you ever set it off
What, Kind of Busienss you. own. and does every store has a retdialer. if they cut the telephone out.
That is actually called a wolo bad boy siren, thats the model of it
cell jammer first then cut hole in roof above yer box ,shut off power cut phone lines then drop in to your main box and disble it and your cell backup
+Dustin Lane Nope, with my panel you'd have to cut GSM, internet and PSTN at the exact same time because as soon as a line goes down it instantly goes off...
If a cell radio is jammed they will send a text message and then an Email to the central station, there is no way of stopping the radio.

But before that the burglar needs to know exactly where the box is. Not exactly the easiest task...
I love your video! Just what I needed to hear today! I enjoy a lot of the remarks too! I'll be checking out some more of your rock star playlists, please check out mine also! Thanks and God bless!
Nobody can stop a cellular backup if the signal gets jammed it sends an sms to the central station and if that doesn't get through then an email.
I wanna wire up my Nathan airchime K5LA to a building alarm. That way the thieves will be ear raped by the horn.
it will be very rare that see a theft with a cell phone jammer as they are ingeal and probilly get caught and the theft would have to know if the alarm system has cellular backup or just runs off the celluar network that the nice thing with these newer alarm system can oprate without a landline back then when had a alarm system had to have a landline to oprate with the central station
The alarm system is called ademco.
That's cool good for you
Man no burglar would tolerate that warehouse
Thanks
Guns a blazin? New york? No way. LOL. In california that old back door set up is ILLEGAL!!
we had to get a new alarm systen installed at our house after the dialer went out our new system runs off the cellular network will allow for remote mangeament once our installer gets that setup the weather down here in SC has been crazy they said get 8in of snow where i live on wednesday night

WOW!!!!!.. THAT IS LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. I HAD TO TURN MY VOlUME TO 01!!!!!!!!!!!!!..
this place is so illegal by the fire Marshall standards. that little siren is put in because it is by law you can't have over 100db in a build because you can hurt hearing.
Are you gonna go tell on me little Johnny?
+Lessco Electronics no I just own a security company and know the reasons why. but if you get sued for it its all on you. I understand why you do it.
Nothing illegal about loud sirens the law says they have to be shut off within a certain time period.
Justin Gentry f the law I would do all that by the time the police get there thy can be gone with his stuff nowadays gangs of 8 to 10 break into business' and can get away with alot of stuff at least by blowing there ears up the will think twice.
sounds like a vacum with an alarm

yah, ok
@@Lesscoelectronics im glad you agree......of course one could always put ear plugs in also......
Damn

woow that is annoying a burglar will die or run
Nightmare

Simplisafe is something I wouldn't even use to keep burglars out of an empty shed.
lololol if you think SimpliSafe is better, you have no business being in security. Overview from Fox4 of just a few of the issues ruclips.net/video/BvQA0AhLzi4/видео.html
A SimpliSafe system can be hacked with a garage door opener. Wired systems are always more reliable.
