Mine is still.not starting after replacing the pieces what do I do???
I’m assuming you have crank no start?
Make sure you have fuel pressure, you have high and low pressure pumps, make sure they building the pressure, also, spark.
@@Makhnovets how do I check for that? Everything is back together, literally the injectors was the obly thing I changed, shoudl I check the spark plugs then?
@@Hschmidt523 as for the no start problem, when did it happen before you replaced the injectors or after?

It happens to me, at the front there 3 or 4 connectors that go to ecu, make sure they all connected. Hope that will fix the issue.
thanks for the upload. its still informative. what i don't get is i didn't see the decarb of the intake. while you had the intake manifold off, why wasn't the intake cleaned?

Yea, 😅😗, the owner took it to the shop and did walnut blasting, for some reason I didn’t think of that when we was doing the injectors. After all the was other problem, the smell of gas didn’t disappear, at the end he took the car to the shop, and after pressure test they find out that the fuel rail had a small crack, that why in the first place engine smells like gas was leaking from somewhere.
I have a 2008.5 gti its the tsi and has same 2.0 turbo has misfire but not spark plugs coil packs or wires but I do smell fuel do U think it’s a stuck open injecyor
After all we found that the fuel rail had small leak, apparently it’s pretty common problem. Do the pressure test or replace the fuel rail. Good luck 🤞 !
I’m not sure if 08 have the same problem, if it’s ok. Then just do the injectors, they dirt cheap in compare to bmw😅)
Why did you need replace ? To much fuel?
car had really strong smell of fuil inside the cabin, as well as intake actuator sensor has faulty code. we ended with replacing the fuel rail, because it has a crack...

Do you have to code new injectors?
if you have a diesel engine, with direct injectors, yes they need to be coded.
as for gasoline engines, they don't need to be coded, most of the cars that comes with regular injectors or not direct injectors don't need to be coded.

@@Makhnovets dont remove the video. its a good video. just reupload one with normal timing during the talking bits. the actual times you remove 10 bolts is fine to speed up
