I wish I could like this ten times-it’s absolute perfection. Truly legendary! I also tried and loved the lemon gelato. I was wondering, can we use lemon zest directly in it? No need to reply here; I’ll ask the question under the video instead.
Hey ive seen those videos that people do that are high protein ice creams with the ninja creami, specifically flexible dieting lifestyle, but i dont have a ninja creami, you think you could make something like that but actual ice cream??
Pistachio is probably the most popular flavor in Turkey. They also like vanillia but Pistachio is by far the most popular from the turks I have talked to. It would be really neet to make a authetic Pistachio.
Hey thanks for the great video. for people that on a keto diet and wanna use artificial sweeteners, can we use stevia, allulose, or any other 0 calorie sugars? If the answer is yes then what should the quantity we put, e.g. 120g as well like sugar? Please let us know Thanks
When you say Kanazawa ice cream, do you mean the soft serve there of the Non Melting ice cream? Hot ice cream, yes that’s planned already and so to is the Monin series 👍
Hey chef, I dont have skim Milk powder And Detrose can i make it without them? will it be stretchy and chewy icecream like turkish dondurma? Thanks for the fab recipe!
Thank you very much for this amazing recipe. I tried to make booza with this recipe and it turned out amazing, texture wise it's even better than sahlep. I had some ice Cristals though but I think it's my ice cream machine and the freezer because they're low end tbh. And I have one question if you don't mind :how can I make it less sweet without ruining the texture?
@@PolarIceCreamery Thank you very much, Nick, golden syrup is easy to find in the UK as I'm sure you are aware. I am originally from Jordan so some of our flavours are Kamardin Dried Apricot Paste, hibiscus, red mulberry, and my favourite roasted Walmart and coffee. Still, I believe this is only found in Jordan at certain times of the year. Again thank you very much.
salep drink recipe, from Yaşar Usta, 1 kg milk, 90 Gr sugar, 7 Gr salep, powdered cinnamon on it, the video shows how it is made, it is drunk hot, I recommend you to use A2 in your milk preferences, that is, goat milk, sheep milk, buffalo milk and Jersey cow milk, these are in the A2 milk class, the others are in the A1 milk class, good work,
hello chef, in Turkey, salep has started to be grown by the agricultural industry, it reduces the need for natural salep, this is a good development, also in Turkey, a drink called salep is made in patisseries, cinnamon is poured on it, and it is drunk hot, it tastes very good, it is drunk in winter months, Since it is cold in Canada, I recommend you to try it, be careful with the first sip, it may burn the inside of your mouth, I will send you a video from RUclips, I strongly recommend you to try it, buy a good salep powder and make it yourself, it is sold as a mixture of salep and milk in the markets, I do not recommend it, it contains salep. They say the rate is very low, I suggest you find a good milk and a good salep powder and make it, you will like it very much, the most famous salep drink in Turkey is made in Burdur city, Bucak district, good luck,
Finally, the recipe I have been waiting for. Thank you🙏
Hope you enjoyed the video 👍
Great video, I love the Glucomannan alternative to the orchid root powder!
Thanks, It’s the perfect alternative.

Yeah you can add lemon zest too.

Thank you very much really amazing recipe🙏
My pleasure 👍
Afiyet olsun chef☺️👏
Thank you 🙏
Chef I have sehlep powder can I use it
If you could show me how to make B&J's salted caramel CORE I would be in HEAVEN
Yeah no worries, looks like a good flavor. I’ll add it to the list 👍
Good day
Thanks for this video
Is glucomennan bad taste? So that it is not used as alternative of salep
And could it be to adde with guar gum
Glucomannan has no taste at all. Why add to Guar gum? The GG will be overtaken by the glucomannan in an instant.
What kind of ice cream makers is this and where can I get the same . Can I use the ninja ice cream will it do the same job
One of my favorite ice cream
Nice 👍

Yeah for this one just use allulose at 1:1 👍
@@PolarIceCreamery oh thanks a lot for the quick reply, very appreciated
YOU DID IT Bravooooooooooo ... What an accomplishment WITHOUT the Salep ... GOOD JOB really really BRAVO!!!
Thank you 🙏
Wonderful video! You should also try to make it with goat milk to get closer to the authentic flavour.
I made the first episode Dondurma with Goats milk, it’s just very expensive here.
Thank you very much. Can you make it without ice cream machine?
Nope
@@PolarIceCreamery I wonder why. Thank you.
@@cottesloewa7362 because it need to be churned! You can’t make no churn dondurma.
@PolarIceCreamery Can I use the Ninja creami instead of a churning machine?
@@mehmett.3557 read above. The Creami is a no churn machine.
Great video
Thanks 🙏
Hi, is it possible to do some videos how to make Kanazawa ice cream? Hot ice cream? How to ad a Monin syrup flavor to a neutral base ice cream? Thx 😁

Hey chef,
I dont have skim Milk powder
And Detrose can i make it without them? will it be stretchy and chewy icecream like turkish dondurma?
Thanks for the fab recipe!
You’d need the milk powder unfortunately. If you can get whole milk powder, use that. Instead of dextrose use sugar.
Thanks chef!Between can i use dairy whitener as substitute for Skimmed milk powder?
@@Asmrfoodgourmet100% not.
And chef Can i use egg yolks As substitute for Milk powder as it will thicken the icecream as well?
@@Asmrfoodgourmet no as that is not the purpose of the milk powder.

That would be a restructuring of the recipe.
Hi Nick, pistachio and Mastic is the Syrian flavour.
can I replace Dextrose with something else instead of sugar?
yummy black coffee
Thanks for letting me know, I live to hear what flavours are around the world.
You can swap it for golden syrup/cornsyrup/glucose if that helps.

Congrats. You should try to make Firik and Kesme Dondurma. They are variations of Maraş-Turkish- Ice Cream. Only then can you become a real Türk :)
Ha maybe one day I’ll give it a try.
In Turkey, they use clotted cream instead of double cream and milk for this ice cream. This makes a big difference in texture and elasticity
I have never heard of that. My Turkish friends said different. I assume that means there a differences in the region 🤔
Thank you for creating a recipe without the Salep.

I actually have some of the Salep drink powder here at home, I’ll do a short for making it as it’s cold again next week.
Is it the pure salep recommended for the dondurma? And can we order it from the US?

Now you can change channels name with polar dondurma
