    Im doing my first ironman in 13 months and my first 70.3 in 10 months. My reasons to do them is simple: i just like doing sports. Been running and cycling for years. Always trained without structure. Training with structure now is just so interesting and motivating. Im glad inhave started this journey. Bit worried about the swimming part but ill do my best 😊

      @@99cya Thats awesome! Most people are a bit worried about swim, but if you spend some time training open water, you’ll do just fine 😄
      It’s gonna be an epic journey - I’m super jealous 😄

      @@NicklasRossnerPT thanks :-) looking forward to it. Its both hilly bike courses (switzerland, rapperswil and thun). Bestiful races. And yeah i hear that about swimming. At least i feel comfortable in water and breathing is not a big issue (i can relax well in the water) but im just slow a.f. 2:20 atm. I need to get that to at least 2:00. great video btw. Thanks for that.

    I don't even do triathlon, I just like your videos so I always click on them! Please keep'em coming =D
    I would love to suggest topics, maybe you can cover them in the future:
    -How to breathe properly when running (patterns, duration)
    -What and when to eat before and after running/ cycling / swimming to avoid bloating, enhance recovery etc
    -Tips on how to improve running form
    -Meditation and breathing exercises you recommend and why
    -Deep dive into suplements
    -Detailed view on strength training for endurance athletes
    -Tips on exercises to properly activate muscles we use for running
    -The simplest training plan to see improvements in running time (consider 3 to 5 sessions a week)
    -Suggest VO2 and LT Threshold trainings (interval time, rest period time and intensities)
    Peace and love

    All the “gear” you need to swim and bike really turn me off from ironman… sticking to marathons

    • @NicklasRossnerPT
      @NicklasRossnerPT  4 месяца назад

      It’s a really expensive sport - But also extremely nerdy, which makes it a lot of fun 😄
      Marathons are awesome! Also way less time consuming. One of reasons, I’ also sticking to running for the time being.

    hey man, remember me? I dont know why but everytime i open my web browser it shows me your channel and sometiems i check it to see if u uploaded a video but now i got really curious so i looked into it and i found out u have a channel here, why did u stop uploading on ur other channel, the videos were very enetertaining.

    • @NicklasRossnerPT
      @NicklasRossnerPT  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hey man 😄 yeah! I really appreciate your message.
      I would love to have continued making videos on that channel but with a full time job and a family I just did not have the time, because those videos took a long time to prepare and film.
      So I had to do something where it’s a lot easier to prepare, because it is what I work with everyday anyways. I hope it makes sense?
      But hopefully some day, I’ll get the time to do some more demanding videos again.
