It totally make sense. Especially if the patient is petite with a small frame, a large implant looks very artificial. I wonder if the unnecessary large implant can cause sagging to compare the other implant?

Sir, love watch ur video very much. I did tummy tuck and lipo and muscle repair on Jan. I also gave thyroid cancer. I removed the whole thyroid. After I did surgery I was 165 pounds now I’m going back to 180 pounds. I only ate 1-2 meal a day. Barely eat any rice or bread. I still can’t lose weight but gaining weight. I’m very sad I don’t know what to do. I’m thinking to get lipo 360. See if that will help. I’m also worried that gain back again. Can u direct me a way to avoid that fat goes back to me please !!!!🙏🏼 Ty!!!!

I would meet with your endocrinologist to make sure your thyroid levels are good. I would not pursue more liposuction but rather focus on weight loss.
