    I thought Randall was Gary at first. They almost look like twins in this video. How was this 30 years ago already?! 😳

    That had to be one of Randall Hall's last shows with Lynyrd Skynyrd. Soon after, Gary tried to cut his pay to 1/6 of what he had been getting. Rather than take a more than 85% pay cut... Randall Hall walked.... who could blame him.

    Allen Collins personally picked Randall Hall to replace him in the tribute 1987 tour after he was paralyzed. They should've got original singer / writer BARRY HARWOOD from ROSSINGTON COLLINS BAND , originally did duet with Dale Krantz

    Randall was a killer guitar player
    Gave Gary a run for his money.
    Rip Gary
    Randall was great in that band.
    To bad Gary and the guys did not pay him what he deserved back then..
    Sad

      @Fukna69 7 месяцев назад +1

      Yeah I noticed that also, guys used to put tele necks on strays but I’ve never seen one on a gibson, pretty sure firebirds had through necks so you would have to cut it off build a little pocket then bolt it on, back in the day we used to modify or hot rod just about anything, guitars, cars, motorcycles, make it better, faster 😊

      RCB from their self-titled debut , released in 1980. Music by Gary Rossington and Allen Collins (don't ask who composed what, though), lyrics by Dale Krantz (later Mrs. Gary Rossington).

    • @MrsBillyKeys
      @MrsBillyKeys 25 дней назад

      Actually it was Allen, Dale, and Barry Lee Harwood who wrote Don’t Misunderstand Me.

      RCB in 1993???
      you are mistaken, it is Febuary 1993, it is Skynyrd , with Ed King andCurt Custer.
      Dale came on to sing one song,
      rock on

      It's their song, but if this is 1993 it can't be Rossington Collins. Allen was paralyze in 1986 and passed in 1990.
