We have a Contour G2 ,while cnc running mode , when its taking point or move from one place to other ,its table take jerk ,is this normal.

Yes, this is normal, especially if the CMM is a smaller one. You can reduce the measuring speed in the run window and also in the measurement plan editor under travel - speed. The 1st option controls speed between features , and the last option controls the speed between points within a feature.
