You are right even a 1 room kichen in bandra costs around 85-90 lacs some 300 sqft ,staying in Mumbai is very expensive .having said that it doesn't matter how big your house what matters is how big your heart is , god bless u dear ,stay safe

How even just one thing which you can fix on a budget, the couch covers are brown which you can just get new covers of various colours and use depending for regular use or an occasion. Better to have a solid couch colour as then the vibrant cushion covers contrast with. Easy way to upgrade withthout breaking the bank. Also in your kitchen, try and place the microwave on a wall bracket just below the cabinet so that u get more counter top space :) good luck!

You can shift to navi mumbai , it’s much cheaper n better life style with better scenery ❤️ i think how much ever you give rent to this place in navimumbai you will get 2 bhk

Great vedio kritika.. Jist a tiny suggestion.. Since u have an open aapartment the beam betwwn ur bedroom and sitting area u can add a high ceiling curtain rod.. Amd place some beutiful net white curtains on both sides.. So when u need to seperate the two u can open the curtains otherwise tie them on sides.. It would look beutiful. It would add a bit of seperation btw sitting and sleeping area !! As well a bit of privacy when u have guests in the living room
Love your home, ur content n u too.. Just one suggestion.. it all depends on ur taste.. but if u change the curtains it will look more beautiful.. curtains gives office vibes..

So many PPL stay in rented appartments. Its perfect for a single person. The only one thing which i am thinking is , what will you do when your parents come to Mumbai ?
I love ur apartment kritika It looks cute....bt wl suggest u replace few fake plants wd succulents. Many succulents do not need any care nor regular watering like Hawarthia or cactus they add a lot of positivity in the apartment.
