Buxton International Festival 2023 - Highlights

Buxton International Festival is an annual celebration of Opera, Music, Books and Jazz that takes place in the beautiful spa town of Buxton in the heart of the Peak District. 2023 was another wonderful year, with sell-out performances. Jazz royalty Wynton Marsalis headlined our BIF Jazz series; Nicola Benedetti gave us a very special concert for her Buxton debut, our opera series received five star reviews; our book talk series featured a glittering array of authors, politicians and public speakers; and our music series saw sell out shows.
