Love these! Thank you. I'm definitely going to try this today. Every year we add one more homemade ornament to our tree and this is going to be the 2023 one.

I ended up only having room for 3 colors since the baubles I bought were kinda small! 2.36in. I used worsted weight w 10 in magic circle still :) they look really pretty, thank you for the tutorial!!

Great project -- don't know if you noticed but in joining the 2 sides you started in the invisible mattress stitch, then whip stitched, then mattres stitched again. Does it necessarily matter? No, but one effect is different than the other.
Am going to try this for Christmas

Ah I hadn't realised. I made this over a year ago now. I would do the mattress stitch all the way around.

Please say where yoi got the gold yarn... i cant seem to find anything that looks similar and i LOVE it! Thank you 🎉

I got it from Hobbycraft (a shop in the UK, not sure where you are). I have searched their website and cannot find it though! Can't find any of the range and can't remember what it's called 🙈. It has little sequins in it, too. I'll keep trying to find it and check back if I do!
