Cartoon Network Forever
This video showed me that there's still hope for Cartoon Network an Warner Bros. as a whole
Not with David Zaslav in charge of Warner Bros. Discovery.
Keep hope alive!
How do you only have 63 subscribers what the heck. I'm usually not this overly supportive in the comments section of videos, but damn, the quality on this was astounding!
To actually answer one of the questions you asked: I think it's great that networks like Cartoon Network and Disney are making those older things available, but also prefacing it with a message of support and understanding that the cartoons are based on hurtful stereotypes that were wrong when they originally aired, and are wrong now. I think it makes as much sense as preserving any other part of history, and it makes it a lot easier to get the message across when you control the ingress of views for it. If they were just torrents roaming the Internet that people had to download, not only would less people know about it, but it likely wouldn't come with the context that times are different now than they were 50 years ago.
We have a bit more now :)

Okay, you confused me on the 2000's Fall part, I feel like Classic CN Peaked at 2007, 2008 & 2009 are the fall. Then it rebirthed in 2010.
Fr tho, this dude tripping
boomerang was launched as a channel in 2000, not 2013 - 19:20
For at least yes, and It was ended in 2014!!!💔😭
Actually!
He also didn't mention that Live Action shows ran in the Late 00's.
great video but I think some of your time periods mixed up if im not mistaken.
Holy crap! Are you sure you have 2 subscribers? Because this looks pretty professional-looking!
Let's make it 60 I don't understand THE ALGORITHM with stuff like this. anything you want to watch is never show to you but everything you don't care about is.

Hell yeah!
Remember, always boycott Discovery!
Hey! Cartoon Network was never "dead".
This is a old fiction from Happy TV, Nova S TV, (gulp) maybe N1 TV, PRVA TV, B92 TV and from Ultra TV of History crying!!!💔😭
Many people say CN's worst era was the Late 00's.
I don't know if the video thumbnail is a diss to Cartoon Network in the early mid 2000s. But that logo there was great. CN City? A lot of people would say it was the last time Cartoon Network was great. Better than the current CN.
it was also the logo when CN Real aired
@@getbackinyourtaco Yeah but CN real aired years later in 09. And continued on the network for a couple more years when they changed the logo again in 2010.
Cartoon Network Forever
When Christina Miller got fired
That was an AMAZING day.
@@ZeepAtomic tell me about it. so glad i grew up with Fosters home and adventure time
90s and early 2000s were some of cartoon network's best years, we had so many great shows
I had a official cartoon network VHS and DVD, before it hit the UK. The only way to watch CN over here was though NTL keble or sky TV
Wow, those VHS's are gems!
I grew up with Dexter’s Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Samurai Jack, Codename: Kids Next Door, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Foster’s Hime for Imaginary Friends, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi, Camp Lazlo, Ben 10, Chowder, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, Adventure Time, Regular Show, The Amazing World of Gumball, Clarence, Steven Universe, We Bare Bears, O.K K.O Let’s Be Heroes, and Craig of the Creek.
Boomerang was launched in 2000. T.O.M. was Toonami's host since 1999.
I'm hoping the Cartoon Network is not going to be shut down like what happened to G4 Network the merger between Cartoon Network and Warner Brothers cannot be that good between a tug of war is like two wrestlers battling it out 1 will win somebody will lose??
i am hoping they do because they are all woke and suck now with crappy shows like that god-awful steven universe
@@matthewvalente5877 What's so bad about Steven Universe?
@@worthybutter2004 season one was pretty hard to get through, season 2 and 3 seemed okay, but after that it just went off the rails. Glad it finally ended.
@@D-Havoc Oh well, all more power to ya!
The returning teen titans show got a lot of hate from the original fans like myself but the new show actually has great reviews even the movie did decent. The show is the networks main selling point.
Teen Titans Go? I honestly just feel like they went to target the younger audience & there is nothing wrong with that. Cartoon Network needs to make money and the public (and by the public I mean kids who still watch Cartoon Network) have to enjoy it. So for what its worth, if i was 10 i'd probably like it lol
Hate to break it to you, but Cartoon Netwotk has been dead for years. It's basically 'The Teen Titans Go Channel'.
I graduate high school
I am 21 years old im looking where
To began collage for this type of industry!
Cartoon Network is my #1 childhood because of these classics, originals, Toonami, boomerang, and adult swim. Cartoon Network fell off around 2017 because shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show, and The Amazing World of Gumball were ending. These three were the last saviors of Cartoon Network. Also Boomerang declined in 2015 because they stop airing classics, they still do but it’s the basics like Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, and Scooby Doo. Not Hanna Barbera Cartoons like Flinstones, Jetsons, Jonny Quest, or the original Space Ghost, but at least they show reruns of old Cartoon Network shows. Adult swim is the only thing I watch now cause it still brings great cartoons and anime. Also in the 2000s before Toonami got revived in 2012, Adult swim use to air late night anime’s like Bleach, Inuyasha, Cowboy bebop, Ghost in a shell, Yuyu hakusho, Smaurai champloo, and Full mental alchemist.
Cartoon Network was literally a one stop shop man.
@@intellectualdigest6003 I feel sorry for today's generation of kids that'll never experience the magic of cartoon network as a whole. I also wish that all of Warner Bros Animation’s, Cartoon Network’s, Adult swim's, Hanna Barbera, and Classic Tex Avery mgm Cartoons were all on HBO max since these are Warner bros properties.
I strongly disagree that Cartoon Network went down hill in the Early 00's. Live Action shows on CN began in the Late 00's.
Favorite growing up 1999 2006 2007 blocks 24 7 cartoon action and classic cartoons 2012 2010 like jayz and eminem
Well I didn’t grew up in Cartoon Network US or any kind of that but when our local Cartoon Network lunched in 10/10/2010 10:10
We got all the cartoon shows from 1990s till the early 2000s
And they’ve chosen the best of the best but now it show the same shows since 2019 sadly, but it was pretty rad at that time! Also we didn’t had our adult swim for some reasons.
Yea those days of timeless cartoons seems to be long gone :/
What do you mean! 1 month ago, Cartoon Network posted a video on tiktok “the internet says that we are dead” but they’re not dead it was a 20th anniversary
cartoon network was how i saw most Studio Ghibli movies as a kid they played them in the early to late 2000s
I know ZAMN well he ain’t disrespect Bomerang like that! It did NOT premiere in 2013 it premiered in 2000. My family didn’t get it until 2004 but I loooved revisiting ‘Two Stupid Dogs’ ‘Tom and Jerry Kids’ and ‘Batman: The Animated Series.’
But isn't hulu owned by Disney i.e. Warner bros' rivals!?
It's always the top brass that either get complacent or over-ambitious and drive the brand into the ground, and the people in the trenches have to climb back out with actual quality content to regain the lost goodwill.
7:16 Even if they changed to outsourcing, I still love animation no matter what.
7:27 Tbh. I'm more into wackier styles recently than fluidity of the golden age in my opinion. Though, there are expections like Jim Tyer, Bob Clampett, Alex Lovy and Tex Avery, which they had freedom to add in alot of wild scenes.
Only 58 subscribers!?!?!
We have a bit more now :)
@@intellectualdigest6003 woah nice I hope you get big one day😁
They messed up why cancelling Justice League
It maybe the best cartoon program out there but I could barely find one current show that I really like
Exactly, they let us down big time
I'm happy that Cartoon Network and Warner Brothers are surviving Zaslav's animation hating reign! Now I'm hoping that we soon or eventually get signs and/or that they will revive the cartoons effected, especially Infininty Train for it's remaining 4 seasons, the Driftwood movie, OK K.O., and ESPECIALLY Mao Mao Heroes of Pure Heart! (that show still has potential to last a long time (like 4 more seasons to make 5!) and it needs that opportunity back!)
I think we all are!
Cartoon Network will never be gone.
Cartoon Network lives forever
I love Cartoon Network growing up. My favorite is the Powerpuff Girls and Classic Teen Titans
Teen Titans!!!
I have a Wholesome Taste of Classic Looney Tunes better than the Bad Shows we see Today in the 21st Century
CN it is still popular in my country but we don’t have adult swim, also the boomerang channel is gonna get renamed to cartoonito.
Few years ago it look more the teen Titans go channel like how mtv is the ridiculousness channel.
Lol Cartoonito cracks me up 😂 yea Teen titans Go was literally the last straw for me.
I ENJOY DCANIMATED SERIES
LOONEY TOONS
ANIME
BEN 10
DRAG9N BALL
BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES 1992
THE NEW BATMAN ADVENTURES
Yea definitely good ones
None of those racial cartoons should and never have been aired. We’re still in an era where hate crimes or police brutality exists racial injustice is still rampant. Airing any of those cartoons is completely insensitive, it’s unfortunate that it’s still considered “apart of history”.
Right.
Agree because todays world of police brutality racism hate crimes and woke movements are destroying todays society, airing it would make it worst. Disney had similar problems like this. On Disney plus there were warnings of a few films we all love and grew up watching saying these films and shorts contain racist and stereotypical images of other groups.
CSRTOON NETWORK
DIFFSNETLY STICK TO AN8MATION ANIME ONLY
DC ANIMATED SERIES
SUPERHERO ANIMATED SERIES
ONLY ANIMATED SERIES ANIMATED MOVIES
DC aNIMATED MOVIES
Cartoon network, since Ben 10 didn't do anything good, the only good series that they made recently are only and only 2
Steven Universe and Infinity Train, the other series are just stupid childish series.
I miss Ben 10, Courage, and more others that were made in the 2000.
I am not even watching anything about that channel, because there's only garbage, they should do what disney have done these 3 years.
They should do series like SVTFOE, The Owl House, Amphibia and Gravity Falls, because they were the best.
Cartoon Network is down right now.
Live action dont belong with cartoon network is cartoon network
They started running out of things to do it almost seemed like.
Agree idk why they do it in the first place the channel is called Cartoon Network, it’s in the name.
!-!
Its not 2013,its 2000
Lier
ScoodyDoo Wfghyun?
How they didn’t:They were dead since 2010. They released the Cartoonnetwork app that year and alot of the cartoons have been worse quality since then.
Actually 2010 was the beginning of their Renaissance age coming out of their original Dark Age.
The channel died when Christina Miller took over and overplayed Teen Titans GO.
They almost came back from that in 2019 but now it fell back into the same trap it did in 2017.
And Zaslav is making it even worse
@@tb3411 Nope. 2010 is when it died. After 2010 most of their shows weren’t that good.
@@crashban4t.f.s.b783 I disagree they were good in the early 2010’s it was like 2016-2017 when all they played was teen titans go

All the networks fell apart because they lost taste in talent political correctness and the use of social media and lack of watching cable.
People just love how your so wrong.
@djstarkidmashups8536 how?
18:41 Is it offensive to some people? Yeah. Is that the intent? We don't know because none of us was born at that time to ask those people about it. Do they make stereotypical caricatures nowadays, yep just under new coat of paint and us marketed as empowering. But she still cute though.
