Hands on Marketing for OSU's Ag and Food Business Students

  • Students in Oregon State University's Agricultural and Food Business Management (AFBM) major recently had the opportunity to collaborate with the College of Ag marketing team on market research and promotion efforts for Beaver Classic, the line of food products made by OSU students.
    The AFBM students, who are part of the Department of Applied Economics, engaged in hands-on learning with market analysis and research, and designed a marketing strategy for a new product. We will continue to incorporate Beaver Classic into AFBM courses to provide students with opportunities for project-based learning.
