- How to boil eggs
🥚8 minutes - the yolk will remain quite soft and velvety when cut, and taste a little moist and tender.
🥚10 minutes - the eggs are hard-boiled. The yolk is quite dense, a little dry with a limey texture.
🥚13 minutes - overcooked eggs with rubbery white and powdered yolk
🥚If you want a more liquid yolk, like in poached eggs - boil for 4 minutes.
