I use my mini press for making hats but Otto Trucker Hats or trucker hats from Hobby Lobby make great blanks! I use a 7.5 inch moose squishmallow from Five Below as a stuffing ham to use as a hat base. Works like a charm!🤪
If you use a saucepan hat fits straight on it ,,, no burning hands regards colin

How and where did you get that clear film to press on the hat ? I want to put my brand name on a hat
Dollar tree or walmart shelf liners
if you have a circut homemaker you just use the vinyl... a lot of options out there as far as vinyl and other products.
Iron on vinyl has its own transfer tape after you weed it there’s a clear side
