Great racket!! totally agree with your review! few months ago I just changed to Vcore 98 from the Head Speed MP and I am so so happy!! I enjoy it very much, for more spin , more power and more touch! especially mention to the stiffness 62, really soft! Thank you for the review!
In my opinion, i actually prefer the 6th gen model (2021) better. You're right as it can get a bit launchy at times, but for my groundstrokes (especially my forehand) i need the lift. Plus i found the feel a bit too soft for me and it did get a bit muted for my test. Overall, great review grisha. Keep it going!!
Just got my Vcore 100 (2023). Been loving it so far. Opponents have commented that it's noticeable more spin applied compared to when I play with my Ezones. Testing it on clay this weekend, hoping the added extra spin will work in my favour. Strung it with Head Lynx Tour orange 1.25 at 23kg.
yeah got my vcore 100 2023 too , i put solinco confidential, and my serve been way better, and forehand topspin huge. not sure with the string tho, might change for HyperG, but been enjoying the racket alot!
Great set up. Just bought mine, head lynx tour sounds great in It. Will use the tour bite soft though, with slightly lower tension to give me that extra power for clay
you are definitely preaching to the choir. i tried this racquet and i loved many things about it. in the end, it was too powerful.. i settled on a prostaff97

As usual detailed and honest review Grisha, keep up the good work! I would reeeally love a review/opinion on the newest Head Radicals since you had a chance to test them out at Head's HQ :)
I really liked this racket! Almost made the switch... But I still went for the new Radical MP. I prefered the control for my more agressive playstyle, I had the feeling I really had to overdo the topspin or dial my game down to keep the balls from flying to the fence. Just wished the Radical was more plush though. I also liked the Vcore Pro 97 and played amazing with it, but I felt I had to work too hard for too long to keep it up for a whole match or multiple matches (although I did costumize my RadMP with a little bit of lead in the head and some weight in the butt to be around the same weight in total).
Hi! What are your impressions of the ezone 98 compared to the vcore 98? I've been using the vcore but I found that I'm hitting really flat with it (even my hitting partners commented about this). I hit with the ezone last year for a bit, so I can't remember well, but I felt it had more spin. Did you/anyone find this too?
I just got this. Will hit tomorrow. My questions: Can you hit flat, or do you need more of a vertical swing path? One-handed backhand? Recommended string and tension… thanks, John. Enjoy your videos.
Is it my idea or is this version of vcore 98 much slower and more controlled than the previous version? It has been difficult for me to accelerate the right, something that did not happen to me with previous versions
I tried this one out and it felt weird. I like racquets like the TF40(18x20) and the Ezone 98, and this one just did not feel right. Too much power and not enough spin. I feel I can actually get more controllable power and spin out of the Ezone 98.
