Love the music! Fun tour of Rome, thanks for sharing! (Ohh, the flight from purgatory!). So, next time you go to Italy, consume lots of extra virgin olive oil with pasta - instead of dairy try pesto and EVOO is good to eat with bread, it helps alleviate the effects of gluten and its good for you.

reminds me of when i was stationed in aviano...the pizza and pasta, the great coffee, drinking san souci beer room temp, the ravioli, the great sandwich shops with prociuto and formagio and fungi lol. riding the train all over.
