Quite normal for a Cape Winter. Some years in the late 90's there was snow from late July to the first week of December on the high ground in Matroosberg, Ceres.

The Cape often gets snow on the mountains at this time, so don’t always assume that it’s global warming. I worked with a Scandinavian in the 70s and she would go skiing then so it’s not an unusual phenomenon q

Thank you for this post. This is Incredible. For some closed-minded reason, I assumed that it never snowed on the continent of Africa. This is awesome...our beautiful younger brothers and sisters playing in the snow. The continent of Africa and the beautiful melaninated people that inhabit it are phenomenal and awe inspiring.

The extreme flooding in Cape Town is because the normal winter rainfall will create flooding because the municipality of Cape Town have not for 30 years created all the storm water drainage system of the municipality of Cape Town nor the rest of the municipalities they have been responsible for look the Mid Vaal when the sh_t runs in the streets …THAT IS WHY CAPE TOWN and ALL the municipalities is SA have floods …the weather and rain is normal weather because of seasonal rain .
