The trial lasted only two hours.
His lawyer and family were not present at his trial.
When he was executed, a Bible had to be placed on his seat because he was not tall enough.
He was executed with irreparable inhuman treatment.
On 17 December 2014, 70 years after his death, when he was tried under the current legal system
He was acquitted in accordance with the principles of "benefit of the doubt" and "right to a fair trial".
