    Would love to see an option for different shipping profiles per item. Some of the items I sell are heavier than others.

    Is the "upload image" option exist for Bigcartel? I mean for the shops that offer customised products?

      I'm sorry, but there isn't a way to include a file upload during checkout. You can reach out to the customer after they place the order to have them email you their image or include information in the product description for where they should send their image. I'm sorry we can't do that now, but I've marked your idea for our team to look at as a future feature update!

    Do u have to have a laptop to create a website or can u use an apple or android ipad/tablet to create a website please reply asap.

      We have an app for both iOS and Android devices, so you can use either to create and manage your store.

    hey, how do you offer your customers custom orders like if they want their name printed on the shirt , how do we do that option

      Great question! We don't have a built-in text field that can be added to products for personalized request, but there is a built in Note section on the checkout screen customers can use to leave a Note about customizations. And, once their order is placed you'll receive that order along with the note in your Big Cartel admin.
      We'd also encourage you to add a message in your product description so they know to use the Note section during checkout for custom orders.

    It would be nice to set a picture for each product options so the product changes when the customer chooses a specific color, design etc.

    Hi, can I make an affiliate program for my store? I want to do influencer affiliate partnerships. So, if bigcartel free plan is possible of making an affiliate program, how to do it?

      We don't currently provide tools specifically for affiliate programs, but we'll mark this as a feature request to keep in mind for future updates.

    Hi,
    I would like to know how can I put my text in "Justified" instead of the normal "adjusted to left". I tried to copy and paste from Word to the description of the product but it makes automatically adjusted to the left.

    Is there any way you can let your customers add a note when purchasing

      There is! During checkout, your customers will see a "Notes" field before they check out - they can leave a message for you there. You'll just want to be sure to communicate to folks where that field is so they know about it and don't miss it while they check out.       It’s Just Aubrey hey really late reply but you can use Canva to add your own little details and they have tons of pics and backgrounds to personalize ur design

    I have a question I have a cupcake business. I’m trying to sell cupcakes using big cartel. So I sell them in large quantities like 6 at a time. I’m emailing because how does it work that a person can click on a cupcake in a column and select more than one cupcake?. May you please explain.

    hello, I have been trying to email you guys but I have not been getting a response for weeks. How do I make a freeship code available for only US customers? I tried creating a freeship code and entered a Canada address it still worked. what should I do?

      Hey there! Sorry you've had trouble getting in touch! Unfortunately, there isn't a way to set a discount code for a specify country but you can try making the code text specific so customers outside of the US won't try purchasing - something like USfreeship or FREESHIPUS - that way you can still talk about it on your site, but someone buying from a different country won’t think they can use it.       Hey there! It's not possible to delete an order from your admin entirely. We recommend marking the order as shipped and making an internal note for yourself within the order to keep track of details.

      If you're on a paid plan you'll want to use our inventory tracking feature to add a limited quantity of any item: help.bigcartel.com/track-product-inventory.
      If you're on the free Gold plan, this feature isn't available and you'll just want to be sure to keep an eye on your sales and change the product status from "Active" to "Sold Out" when any products sell out.

      Hey Shian! You'll want to read over to Account (my.bigcartel.com/account) and click the red trashcan icon to remove the current profile image next to your shop name.     On the price part can’t you have a option like contact us instead of listing a price

      @@BigCartelDotCom I think @cryptic vex's suggestion is pretty cool. I'm also dying to see a feature for recurring payment membership option like patreon so artists can earn sustainable income during these difficult times.
