"UNDEREVENT", is a huge project that will be a presentation of UNDERTALE & DELTARUNE projects, both large and small. Each project will have their developers, not only give a basic rundown of their projects but will also be showing off teasers and trailers! Think of it as a Nintendo Direct.

My main takeaway from the Void arc is that I'm hyped to declare "mods, force this person to host next year's Underevent" towards any UT fan I even slightly disagree with, thanks for giving the fans power to abuse
This was a really great event, the complete 180° from everyone in the community yelling at Materia Collective to celebrating Underevent is some of the most awesome tonal whiplash I've ever experienced 👏

I like how by the time with chapter 3 & 4, we would have a fan interpretation of chapter 3, but multiple of them
I really hope we get to see more stuff from the team behind Deltarune Chapter Rewritten: Scampton The Great. The amount of polish it has is on par with Toby Fox's stuff, but you can also tell that so much love and care went into the project. That was a team who knew what they were doing and loved what they were doing. Plus also the Chapter Rewritten AU has some awesome characters that I'd imagine would have some spectacular boss fights.
This was such a well made event! I liked seeing all of these projects shown in one place. Congratulations to the team!

This collab was definitely a great idea. The fact that many creative and talented content creators and all came together to show the fans what they have made to help expand the world of Undertale and Delrarune feels like a great way to celebrate the many years this community has truly grown.

That's event was amazing. The game presentation, the lore, and everything was astonishing. Wait to see the 2024 Undervent, and how the darkness will continue expanding.
The animation they included when the projects weren't being showcased was incredible. How they continued from 2022's plot into this one, and YIKES. Who's gonna guide everyone around the Omega Timeline now that, presumably, Core!Frisk is missing (I mean, look what happened ↑↑)
Also, in that murder in the inventory, was that Rufus from Deponia?? That's hysterical (Even if it isn't, they look very much alike)

This was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I really thought we speaked with last year's Underevent with ITS intermissions, but I guess I was wrong!!! The animation is so cool! I could tell many different artists contributed, I'll have to look at the list (i did recognise Winterer, so cool...). Also the story continuing from last year... Poppy still being prominent, the host being a more major character.. This is just SUCH a cool presentation! I really liked that part of it was the walkaround like last year too! VERY nice! And the music... Synth Mints has outdone themself yet again. And oh MAN all of these projects...
Inverted Fate seems to be nearing its end... I really have catch up! Pronto! Undertale Icebound and Angel's Lullaby look absolutely wonderful, I remember both from before, but haven't done much research on them, still! They're lookin like some really polished games!
I'm very happy DONTFORGET Connected got a trailer in again, it was really cool to see some of my work in it! (i did a buncha the assets for cyber city, clover's battle sprite and some other minor things...), SHOUTOUT TO PRIMA FOR THE ART IN THAT TRAILER! She really made it look amazing! >:D
I'M SO HYPED FOR CROSSOVERTALE! I've known about this project and seen early stages in its development a bunch and seeing so many more parts of it realised... I'm just so HAPPY! It's seriously such a cool project, I can't wait to check it out. Deltatraveler 's section 3 being out NOW is crazy, i still have to play section 2. STARLIGHT ISLES IN TS!UNDERSWAP BEING OUT IN JANUARY IS ALSO CRAZY LIKE WTF???? DECEMBER IS SO EVENTFUL (hah) FOR UNDERTALE FANS WOWIE
All of these more original projects are really cool, it feels like with a bit of tweaking they could even serve as fully original games! I hope at some point Underevent becomes a bit like SAGE, in the sense that its not jsut fangames, but original games inspired by UTDR aswell.
I love seeing all of those chapter 3 projects! I remember it was really exciting to see those concepts everyone had for these deltarune "leaks" on twitter, so for these alternate chapters to be being made real is so cool... vision team, emergency broadcast, WANDERING MAKERS... AAAH!!! (shoutout to marnie :3) Undertale in Minecraft is SUCH cool project, it is SO impressive how well they managed to make it work without mods, absolutely amazing. CANDLEHOLDER REAL BTW?? I HAVENT BEEN KEEPING UP WITH IT I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS A GAME that is SO cool oh my LORD

All the projects look so cool! Just confused about one, mainly "The First Human" one
isn't it like REALLY contradictory to have Flowey be there so early in the timeline? The files in the true lab say he came to life after being injected with determination from the human SOULS (plural); even in Undertale Yellow it doesn't really make sense, but it can be more forgiven since Clover is the last to fall before Frisk. Is this explained in the webtoon, or just kind of a plot hole to have because "flowey good companion for human" for no reason?
in undertale yellow we know the call for fallen down monsters happened a good while previous to the events of the game, so alphys had plenty of time to have done the flowey experiment, especially if the flowey experiment came before the amalgamates (which makes sense. youd probably want to fo lots of trial runs on other things before human, or monster, trials)

In Undertale Yellow, it doesn’t really make sense, either. Flowey would have to be the most determined being underground in order to have control over the timeline, and seeing as he only has parts of the DT from normal human souls, it can be inferred that he would have less than a full soul, seeing as Frisk had more than him, thus gaining control over the timeline. To have control over it while simultaneously Clover is also underground doesn’t make a lot of sense, but that’s a whole other debate.
@@shawnplaysgam3s835 well to be fair if EVERY human could save and reload before frisk there probably wouldnt be so many dead humans. i think its implied that flowey is that THAT determined, and frisk and chara more so, and were not really meant to question that
@@Fangria Actually, that does seem to be the case, seeing as in Undertale if you die against Asgore multiple times, you can tell him how many times he’s killed you, and he nods as if he understands, like he’s seen the phenomenon before. It does seem to be implied that the other humans could save and load, they just couldn’t beat Asgore and inevitably gave up.
@@shawnplaysgam3s835 thats not what that line meant. that line wasnt asgore acknowledging you can save and load. what that line was meant to show was asgores guilt. you tell him he has killed you several times, and he nods in acknowledgement because he still in some way sees every new human he kills as chara being killed all over again by his hands.
in short, that was not meant to be taken literally, but poetically

As someone who used to work with SimplyEJ, I'm glad to see his new project appear in Underevent.
my previous underevent was in 2022, and its looks like it was yesterday, this event was so cool for us undertale fans (also i loved the Don't forget trailer) i hope that in 2024 we will have more events and fangames that we got this year!
This was a really nice Underevent, seeing some new and old faces being brought to light. Very well done! But, that void-thingy is kinda concerning..
