Great project, love the aircraft blueprints, as I’m a airborne soldier I’m to see we both have a great love of aircraft, as I stated in a remark earlier to your newest project, I would love to purchased them for my mancave.

Really interesting seeing you move between inkscape and lightburn to do tracing. Great results too.

If you pour some epoxy resin over it about 1/8" thick... it will look so amazing. Great job, man!

Thank you for the incredibly detailed process description! I've had to muddle through similar things myself, so I very much appreciate you sharing your knowledge.
One thing that helped me with the jagged edges of traces was to change the vector nodes to curved or rounded (both Lightburn and Inkscape let you do this) and delete some as necessary. As you noted, it may not make a difference on a small engraving, but it could when designs get larger.

    Really amazing work, dude! 😃
Have you ever heard of composite aluminum? I don't know exactly the name in English, here they call it like this or as ACM... Either way, do a search about it. It already comes painted and it's REALLY strong!
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
